The article refers to the problems connected with developing fluent oral discourse to FL learners. Oral communicative competence is important for foreign language students. It is one of the necessary language skills for showing their language proficiency knowing a language means knowing how it fulfils communicative function. .While mastering a foreign language students should acquire not only grammatical, lexical and phonetic rules of a target language but their effective usage in the certain social environment. To develop the communicative competence it is necessary to create an interactive environment in which students could experience how to use the acquired language spontaneously, wide range of motivating, true to life communicative activities will help them to function effectively in the academic and Professional setting.
