Sure Shot Sweet & Sour Fish

Ingredients

400 g fish fillet (cut-up or whole) 1 pc egg (beaten) cup all-purpose flour 1 pc small onion (sliced) 1 tbsp sliced ginger 1 tbsp sliced carrot pc small red or green bell pepper (sliced) 1 tbsp oil 1 pouch (57g) Del Monte Quick n Easy Sweet & Sour Mix (dissolved in cup water)

*Makes 5 Servings

Dissolve Del Monte Quick n Easy Sweet & Sour Mix into 1/2 cup of water. Mix the egg and flour next, then set aside. Season fish with tsp fine salt then add tobatter. Fry the fish until golden brown, then set aside. Saute onion, ginger, carrots and bell pepper in oil for 2 minutes. Pour dissolved Del Monte Quick n Easy Sweet & Sour Mix. Allow to boil. Simmer for 3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Lastly, add in the fish for a quick finish (10-20 seconds) before pouring into the plate.

Groovy Ginataang Gulay


Ingredients
100 g sliced pork belly 1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp oil 150 g squash cubes 6 pc (100g) sitaw (cut up) 1 tbsp sliced carrot 4 pc (50g) shrimp 1 pack (40g) Del Monte Quick n Easy

*Makes 4 Servings

Dissolve Del Monte Quick n Easy Gata Mix in water. Next, saute the pork slices in oil. Keep doing this until it turns slightly brown. Next, mix in vegetables. Add Del Monte Quick n Easy Gata Mix. Cover and simmer for a good 5 minutes. Then add the shrimp last. Simmer again until the shrimp & vegetables are cooked. And that's Ginataang Gulay made groovylicious!

Swingin' Buffalo Wings


Ingredients

3/4 kg Chicken wings (around 10 pc) (tip removed, each piece cut into 2) 1 Pack (80g) Del Monte Quick n Easy Menudo Sauce 2 tbsp Butter 8 Cloves garlic (minced) 1 pc Smal red bell pepper (minced)

1 tbsp Honey or brown sugar 1/2 pc Siling labuyo (sliced) Sour cream (optional)

Make a slit on surface of each chicken. Mix with half of DEL MONTE Quick n Easy Menudo Sauce. Mix it well, don't be afraid to use your hands. They're actually the best mixing tool! Cover with a cling wrap let is stand for 15 minutes in the refrigerator. Season chicken with 1/2 tsp fine salt and 1/8 tsp pepper. Deep-fry until just cooked (golden brown). Set aside. Saut garlic and bell pepper in butter for 2 minutes. Add honey or brown sugar and sliced sili and then stir. Add remaining menudo sauce and 1/4 cup water. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the fried chicken to the mixture. Cook over low heat while stirring for 2-3 minutes or until chicken pieces are coated with sauce. Serve with sour cream if desired.
