1.

1 INTRODUCTION
Many device of machine are based on hydraulic power. Hydraulic device principles of fluid static and fluid kinematics and are used for either storing the hydraulic energy and then transmitting when need or maintaining the hydraulic energy several times and transmitting the same. In all such machine power is transmitted with the help of a fluid, which many be a liquid (water or oil) In our mechanism these concept are to pulling and mounting Our mechanism is used in industrial fitting and maintaining department in automobile garage or industrial workshop. Our project is used to reducing manufacturing cost and saving time so a reducing maintained cost or manufacturing cost. Hydraulic pulling and mounting m/c in using hydraulic power. Like hydraulic jacking system. Here we are manufactured light weight & easy handle so you can carry any where into the shop. It is simple for assembling and disassembling. In automotive garage or in company, traditionally bearing sprocket, gear are removed by hammering or by mechanical (3Jaw) bearing puller which damage the bearing or sprocket also it takes more time for removing and mounting. In hydraulic pulling & mounting m/c the force is applied by hydraulic Jack, so the bearing or sprocket re removed from component easily and without damage. It is also useful for removing gears, pulleys, sprocket Bearing etc. from shaft.

1.2 APPLICATION
1) In automobile service station. 2) For car lifting purpose. 3) In hospital for stretcher lifting purpose. 4) To remove the bearings & gear from shaft.

1.3 ADVANTAGES
1) No need of lubrication. 2) Weight-power ratio is comparatively less. 3) Accuracy of motion. 4) High hydraulic advantage. 5) Smooth working with minimum noise & vibration during its working. 6) Easy power distribution. 7) Frictional resistance is minimum. 8) An hydro plant is highly reliable 9) Maintains and operation charges are very low. 10) Running cost of the plant is low. 11) The plant has no stand by losses. 12) The plant efficient does not change with age. 13) It takes few minutes to run and synchronies the plant. 14) Less suppressing staff is required. 15) No problem and not polluted in the plant. 16) Such a plant has comparatively a long life. (100 to 125 years as against 20-45 years if thermal plant) 17) Light weight. 18) Simple construction . 19) Easy handle and easy traveling .

1.4 DISADVANTAGE
1) Oil leakage problem. 2) Precision components. 3) Initial high investment. 4) High maintenance cost. 5) It takes consider long time for the creation such plants.

COSTRUCTION & WORKING


Although hydraulic circuit layouts may vary significantly in different applications, many of the components are similar in design or function. The principle behind most hydraulic systems is similar to that of the basic hydraulic jack. Oil from the reservoir is drawn past a check ball into the piston type pump during the piston's up-stroke. When the piston in the pump is pushed downward, oil will be directed past a second check ball into the cylinder. As the pump is actuated up and down, the incoming oil will cause the cylinder ram to extend. The lift cylinder will hold its extended position because the check ball is being seated by the pressure against it from the load side of the cylinder. Because the pump displacement is usually much smaller than the cylinder, each stroke of the pump will move the cylinder a very small amount. If the cylinder is required to move at a faster rate, the surface area of the pump piston must be increased and/or the rate which the pump is actuated must be increased. Oil FLOW gives the cylinder ram its SPEED of movement and oil PRESSURE is the work force that lifts the load.

In Hydraulic jacking system are two parts


1) First part cylinder filling section in the section we fill the oil using handle. 2) Second part of cylinder delivery section in these section will shaft is pressing up ward side. 3) Background :- A hydraulic jack has a relatively large overall MA due to the lever arm and the ratio of the ram piston diameter squared to the pump piston diameter squared. The MA due to the lever arm can be demonstrated and determined by analyzing the simple lever arm shown in Figure 1. Pressure servo valves are components which are not easy to use insofar as their stability and performance strictly depend on upstream and downstream hydraulic circuits. The aim of this study was the sensitivity analysis of a pressure servo valve to various parameters such as flow forces, reaction forces, flow gain, led lag ... This servo valve is connected to a dead volume by a hydraulic line. In the first place, we designed a linear model of the servo valve with the hydraulic circuit. This model allowed us to find out the parameters influencing the dynamics and stability of the complete system. The hydraulic system under study is used for boring in mines. It is made up of a piston operated by hydraulic energy piloted by a valve. This piston is propelled like a hammer on the end of a rod assembly which conducts the beating energy up to the other end fitted with a cutting piece. The latter hits and destroys the rock to penetrate into it after each stroke. The study consisted of the modeling of a unit made up of a hydraulic hammer and a piston rod. This supporter beam is mounted on base plate. On this supporter beam we weld a handle. 5) Pin :Pin is mounted on supporter beam. Pin is adjust the length then of hydraulic. Jack and bearing.
