From Reptiles to Humans: A Three Brain Odyssey

by Rand Clifford Heaven, and hell, they both shimmer in the neural universe behind our eyesin the electrochemical flower we inherited in three parts. High in the blossom sparkles transcendence of miseries humans inflict upon the entire biosphere; down in the stem lurk thorns of greater misery. Evolution of reptiles into mammals and then humans has given us three unique brain systems: the reptile brain; the mammalian brain; the human brain. Perhaps no story better illuminates the spectrum of potential in our triune brain than that of "The man who lit the world"...historys premier visionary engineer, Nikola Tesla. But first, a basic introduction to the brains: Reptile brain The most primitive of our brains, also called the brainstem. The reptile brain is the fundamental core of our nervous system. Forming the upper part of the spinal cord, its something we have in common with all other reptiles. The reptile brain is our action, or power brain, center of the will to power. While survival is its main focus, also generated here are aggression, the drive to establish and defend territory, fight-or-flight, deception...as well as basic life support functions such as heart rate, blood pressure, breathing and digestion. Visceral stimulus-response is brainstem language. Mammalian brain Also called the limbic system because it resembles canine hind limbs sprawled crookedly over the reptilian structures, the mammalian brain links our reptile brain with the more advanced structures. We share the limbic system with all other mammals. Opening a new horizon of humane conscious behavior, it gives us the power of feeling, as opposed to simply reacting. Complex care of young, and other behaviors not so purely instinctual flow from the limbic system; so do primal urges and powerful emotions that ensure self-

preservation, such as terror, rage, sexual desire, hunger...and even more complex emotions such as love, compassion, empathy, envy, indignation and hope. Human brain The neocortex. The thinking brain, seat of perception, center of the "soul". Voluntary movement begins here, and integration of all sensory inputs. We share the neocortex only with higher apes, ours being more advanced. By far the largest brain, completely encompassing the limbic system, the neocortex is our path to words and symbols, logic and time, abstract thought...and magic such as Teslas.... Teslas story is a powerful example of the human and mammalian brains versus the reptile brainof advanced intelligence and common good versus private accumulation, aggression and the will to power. Astrophysicist Adam Trombly said in July 1988, at the International Tesla Symposium in Colorado Springs: (If society had followed up on the inventions Nikola Tesla envisioned at the turn of the century) "...we wouldnt have a fossil-fuel economy today. And J. P. Morgan, Rockefeller and a number of others wouldnt have amassed extraordinary fortunes on the basis of the fossil-fuel economy." Regarding what Tesla said of energy from the vacuum of space, specifically: "Electric power is everywhere, present in unlimited quantities and can drive the worlds machinery without the need of coal, oil, gas or any other fuels", Trombly noted further that if Teslas vision had prevailed, we would be dipping into clean and abundant energy, like taking water from the well of space. Tesla wrote: "Science is but a perversion of itself unless it has as its ultimate goal the betterment of humanity...." The stage was set for an epochal Battle of the Brains. Tesla, champion of the "human" brain, champion of the humane, versus "reptilian" champions of private accumulationthe super tycoons, enemies of the common good.

Dawn of Tesla 1856, Nikola Tesla was born in the Croatian region of the Austro-Hungarian Empire (Yugoslavia)rumor has it during an electrical storm at exactly midnight. His father, Milutin, was a Serbian Orthodox Priest. An example of the great wit Milutin passed on to Nikola: A friend Milutin was taking for a drive carelessly allowed his expensive fur coat to rub on the carriage wheelMilutin brought it to the friends attention by saying, "Pull in your coat, you are ruining my tire." Nikolas mother, Djuka Mandic, whom he described as "A Truly great woman", was blessed with a photographic memory. She descended from one of the countrys oldest families and a line of inventors. Following in their tradition of inventing numerous implements for household, agricultural and other uses, Djuka also invented many domestic labor-saving devices. Through his education in physics and mathematics, Tesla became fascinated with electricity. He began his career in 1881 as an electrical engineer with a telephone company in Budapest. Tesla was walking with a fellow engineer a Budapest park when the solution to a problem that haunted him suddenly bloomed in Teslas mindthe rotating magnetic field! With a stick he drew a diagram in the dirt to help explain to his companion the principle of the induction motorthe electrical principle destined to revolutionize the electrical industry, and power the 20th Century.... Tesla soon joined the Continental Edison Company in Paris as a designer of dynamos. During this time he built a prototype of his induction motor, but in Europe could find no investors to further this radical breakthrough. His childhood dream was to harness the power of Niagra Falls; in 1884 he advanced toward realizing the dream by coming to New York to work for Thomas Edison. Tesla pointed out the inefficiency of Edisons direct current (DC) powerhouses that were spreading up and down the Atlantic seaboard. And while Tesla described how he could improve the efficiency of Edisons dynamo, Edison said, "Theres $50,000 in it for you if you can do it." And Tesla did it with many months of intense and relentless work, leaving Edison poised to profit greatly from the improved machines.

But when Tesla asked for his well-earned $50,000 bonus, Edison refused to pay, introducing Tesla to reptilian currents in American business by saying, "Tesla, you dont understand our American humor." Tesla was unamused, done working for Edison, and done trying to convince him of the superiority of alternating current (AC) over (DC). After a short stint as perhaps the most intelligent ditch digger of all time, Tesla found financial backing for his AC work, and began patenting his polyphase AC motors, transformers and distribution systems. Enter George Westinghouse. He knew that AC had great advantages over DCespecially in power transmission because AC could be stepped up by transformers to high pressure (voltage) needed for longdistances, then stepped down by transformers for distribution and consumption. DC remained at a constant voltage, requiring a generating station within every two miles, and spider webs of distribution lines. Motors to run on AC had been a major problem solved, thanks to Teslas AC induction motors born of his rotating magnetic field. Westinghouse teamed with Tesla, buying his patents and signing Tesla to a contract paying $1 million cash, plus royalties of $2.50 per horsepower produced by the Tesla system. A more reptilian Tesla could have become a billionaire, but.... The War of CurrentsAC versus DC Forget common good. Leading financiers like "robber baron" J. P. Morgan were sinking major capital into electrifying America with DC. They regarded anything that challenged DCno matter how superiorsimply as a threat to profits. Morgan didnt care about the kind, of electricity, only that he control it. He controlled Edisons DC patents. Even Edison did not completely understand the light bulbs hed invented, wrongly believing they could only work with DC. But he did know that AC could not be challenged on technical merits (in fact, shortly before he died, Edison said the biggest mistake he ever made had been pushing direct current, instead of accepting the vastly superior alternating system that Tesla had put within his grasp). Together, Edison and Morgan primarily, stepped up the propagandareptilian theater and scare tacticsto super-high "voltage". Pets paid a high price, dogs and cats snatched from areas

around Edisons labs for gruesome weekend demonstrations of the "dangers of high-voltage electricity". Besides frying (or "Westinghousing") a lot a pets, cattle and horses, an elephant...even a death row inmate in very messy, smoky inhumanity, the DC reptiles distributed pamphlets screaming the likes of: "Just as certain as death, AC power will kill a customer within 6 months!" They also lobbied in New York State to make 800 volts the legal limit of electricity. Plans were made to increase the price of Edison streetlights by $2, and use the additional funds to pay off local politicians..... The war between the technologies of Tesla and Edison, between AC and DC, was largely a battle between Westinghouse and Morgan for control of Americas electric future. The decisive battle was won at the World Fair in Chicago, 1893. Westinghouse underbid Morgan for the electrification and lighting of the fair. Westinghouses AC system dazzled toward a major victory for America, and the world. But thanks to reptilian powers of Morgan, the victory for Westinghouse and Tesla soon grew a very dark side. But first, another great victory for AC came in 1895, when Teslas first generating unit became operational at Niagra Falls. His contract with Westinghouse was set to make Tesla immensely wealthy as his generating and distribution systemswhich we still use todayelectrified the continent. Reptilian forces intervened in the form of "Morganization". Rumors of Westinghouses finances being unstable spread through Wall Street as Morgan and his agents steered financiers away from providing new capital to Westinghousethe key to his further implementation of AC. It came down to an ultimatum for Westinghouse to get out of the contract with Tesla, or else.... Westinghouse leveled with Tesla, admitting he was in financial trouble after the War of Currents. Tesla replied that Westinghouse had been his friend...had believed in him when others did not, and had the courage to invest in the AC patents. To help Westinghouse survive financially so the technology could be further developed, Tesla took a cash settlement...and tore up the contract, waiving vast riches to help his friend.

Winning of the War of Currents by Tesla and Westinghouse had cost some major financiers a lot of money, something destined to eventually dry up Teslas fundinglifeblood of any inventor. Wall Street was a dark den of snakes, same as todays trillion dollar bailout beggars, and Tesla had spooked the reptiles with brilliant humanity. Power tycoons aggressively positioned to make fortunes in utility companies. Power towers like money trees covering the continent as dams tapped rivers for hydro power...people paying for every watt surging through the tycoons copper arteries.... The last thing the tycoons wanted to hear about was wireless power. And that was the next gem from Teslas mother lode mind: Earth resonance. This new technology was so over the heads of Wall Street financiers that Tesla was still able to attract funding. The tycoons were unable to fathom actual wireless transmission of power to any place on Earth, thought he was working on wireless communications only. To develop the technology, Tesla built a new laboratory in Colorado Springs, Colorado. His Earth-shaking, Earthresonating "God of Lightning" experiments led to him patenting methods of sending messages and power wirelessly. And after almost two years in Colorado, Tesla was ready to implement what he (at least publicly) considered his most important discovery: Terrestrial stationary waves. Hed invented a way to use the entire planet as a conductor.... Wardenclyffe In 1901, with funding support from J. P Morgan, Tesla began work on the Wardenclyffe laboratory at Shoreham, Long Island. A huge landmark with its "magnifying transformer" housed in a 68-foot copper dome topping a wooden tower 187 feet high, Wardenclyffe was meant to transmit both signals and power to tuned receivers stuck in the ground anywhere on the planet. But it was never finished. Morgan had been instrumental in forming the colossal General Electric company...had purchased copper mines had invested enormously in electrical transmission by wire. In 1905, at least finally acknowledging Wardenclyffes sending

of not only signals worldwide, but also power...Morgan said to Tesla: "If anyone can draw on the power, where do we put the meter?" So Morgan pulled the plug on Wardenclyffe. Many believe hed known all along about the wireless transmission of power, but had funded Tesla at this point to control him. As long as Tesla was a free spirit, Morgan feared his vast investments in the electrical industry were further endangered. From 1906 on, Morgan effectively blocked Tesla from fully developing new technologies for the betterment of humanity. Whenever Tesla was close to securing funding, Morgan stepped in and killed the deal, scuttling any way Tesla could raise money. Even today, forces remain to suppress anything Tesla (for example, see who history texts list as the "official" inventor of radio). So why didnt they just kill him...? Heights of the Human Brain The sheer scope of Teslas genius seems unfathomable to normal people. Gifted with uncanny memory and powers of visualization from early on, he was able to fully construct, develop and perfect inventions in his mind before committing anything to paper. In his own words: "When I have gone so far as to embody in the invention every possible improvement I can think of and see no fault anywhere, I put into concrete form this final product of my brain. Invariably my device works as I conceived that it should, and the experiment comes out exactly as I planned it. In twenty years there has not been a single exception." Teslas inventions include radio (recognized by the Supreme Court eight months after Tesla died), X-rays (three years before Roentgen), the Tesla coil, fluorescent light, lasers, bladeless turbines, vertical take-off aircraft, wireless transmission of electricity, the particle beam ("death", or "peace" ray), the whole system of AC that powers the world.... At the time of his death he held over 700 patents. And the fields Tesla greatly contributed to, such as computer science, robotics, remote control, radar, ballistics, nuclear physics...a comprehensive list would be astonishing.

Reptilian Power One invention Tesla was elusive about, sometimes offering teasers but no specifics, had the potential to eclipse all of his and anyone elses breakthroughsperhaps even cost him his life; perhaps is behind the perpetual drive to minimize public awareness of Tesla. He had long prophesied that mankind would someday hook their machinery up to the energy of vacuum spaceto "the very wheelworks of nature". The theoretical basis for energy from the vacuum has now been part of "mainstream" physics literature for over fifty years. But as Tesla long intimated, any kind of "free energy" device would never be allowed to reach the market. In 1943, Tesla had an appointment to discuss with FDR that it was possible for us to get all the energy we need simply by tapping the space were in. But he never made it to the meeting with FDR; Tesla was found in his apartment, dead of "natural causes". Officially, it was a heart attack. Evidently, it was a reptilian attack. For many years Tesla had been paranoid about what he ate. But premonition seems a better term here than paranoia. Information leaked by investigators involved indicates that for reasons of "national security" the coroners report was to be kept secret because it revealed that Tesla died of arsenic poisoning. And today, evil embraced by reptilians to protect profits seems unlimited. Fossil fuel profits are the most sacred, including the oil "wars", and consequent blood lucre of the industrial military complex. The common good has become so irrelevant it seems to have become incomprehensible in reptilian circles. We cannot have free energy because it would devastate profits of reptilian overlords. We cannot have peace because there is such profit in war. We cannot be free because there is such profit in slavery. We cannot live because there is such profit in death. Tesla gave so much to humanity, offered so much more. Had he been appropriately funded, and free to develop without

limitations imposed by reptiles and their obsession with profit, the world today could be vastly improved. Tesla had the power to rectify many of our greatest problems, and reptiles poisoned him.... Reptilian domination of human affairs was fairly cemented in 1886, when corporations became "persons" with the same legal rights as human beings. This ultimate reptilian creationcorporations as "persons"was not born of Supreme Court ruling, as is commonly believed; rather, this curse on humanity was sneaked into the head notes of a ruling by reptilian court reporter and former railroad president, J. C. Bancroft Davis. Precedence was set as surely as if by actual ruling. Profit was to become the benchmark by which major human endeavor is measured. Forget common good, humanity, sanctity of life, consideration of future generations...as in any corporation, profit is all that matters. This has led to corporate control of governmentto psychopathic control at the highest levels. Pathocracy. Definition: pathocracy (n). A system of government created by a small pathological minority that takes control over a society of normal people (from Political Ponerology: A Science on the Nature of Evil Adjusted for Political Purposes, by Andrew Lobaczewski). An advantage psychopaths have over people with conscience...people with a "soul", is that lying is little different than breathing. Psychopaths skate without remorse through behavior from which people with conscience recoil. Recognition of psychopaths, the misery they dump on everyone else, and on everythingand especially the knowledge that they can easily be revealedmight be the most important advance of all time regarding civilization more fitting of the name. Developments in brain scanning technologies leave psychopaths with nowhere to hide. One might think of it as X-ray vision regarding a persons soul...or, perhaps, as a reptile, or stemmer detector. Its not so much that power corrupts, but that the corrupt seek power. Reptilians are driven by aggression, and the will to power. People whose behavior is dominated by the brainstem (stemmers), psychopaths if you willnow that they can be identified so easily with a simple brain scanthe next step is

keeping them from positions of great power. Otherwise, humanity stands little chance against further reptilian dominance...which equates to little chance at all.
