Suction and discharge headers shall be stainless steel. 5eader piping connections shall be flanged. )ll discharge$side piping shall be rated for the specified ma&imum suction pressure plus pump shutoff pressure. +ubing for pressure switches and gauges shall be copper with brass isolation 7al7es. +he only field connections re<uired will be to the suction and discharge headers, and the power connections at the control panel. Factory Test and (ertification +he factory shall certify in writing that the water pressure booster system and its component parts ha7e undergone a complete operational electric and hydraulic flow test prior to shipment. +he test shall include a SCS+., operating test from Aero to =!!E design flow and suction and system pressure conditions. +he certification shall include copies of the flow and pressure test data as recorded on ==F & = F B$C plot. +he system test may be witnessed by the owner, architect, consulting engineer, or contractor by reporting intent to do so to the factory no later than ' wee;s before e&pected system shipment. 1.01 (omponents $.
