recruiting our values and incorporating those in to our recruiting, that way our new members were aware of our 6 purposes and ready to exemplify them as well. We Its a new year, full of new ideas, goals and executive council! Here is a introduction to the young women who will be leading Chi Omega this upcoming year. also did a good job of making our presence known on campus positively throughout the year through social media and various events and organizations on campus. Overall I may be biased but I think it was the smoothest recruitment we have had in the past couple of years. I was very proud of everyone and happy that they had such positive and willing to help attitudes and made recruitment so great. I also really appreciated the help of my advisor Emily Wilson and our wonderful PanHellenic recruitment chair and Chi Omega sister Emilee Roberts!

Big Little week felt like it was the longest week in my "Chi Omega Journey." It added to the excitement of my new membership in the sisterhood, and made me more interested to my future in Chi Omega. I also really enjoyed getting old articles of clothing that had been in my Chi Omega family since the 90's, along with other things that were specifically passed down within my family. The entire big/little experience has impacted my time in Chi Omega in many ways. It gave me a role model and friend that I can always go to. It has taught me how to be a proper big for my own little. And most importantly, it has made me appreciate not only my Chi Omega family members, but my other sisters in Upsilon Lambda even more. All in all, that week in my beginning months as a Chi Omega is without a doubt a week that I will never forget. Sarah Hasewinkle
