Comes now, two affirmed American Nationals for The United States of America, the Confederacy United States to petition the United States, in Congress assembled to enact the Autonomy in Credit Act of 2014,

By the authority of the assembly of affirmed American Nationals and the reign of the heavens World Government, and all Acts signed by the current United States, in Congress assembled are recognized by the assemblies in the various townships on on the 17th day of February, in the year 2014. BE IT ENACTED, by the United States, in Congress assembled the AUTONOMY IN CREDIT ACT OF 2014 IS HEREBY ESTABLISHED, ACCEPTED AND ACKNOWLEDGED on the 17th day of February, 2014, SUBJECT MATTER OF THE LAW ENACTED IT IS HEREBY ESTABLISHED that any form of credit shall be autonomous to its creator in its creation, storage, trade and execution upon reaching the age of majority. Credit through commitment and obligation shall be within the dominion of its creator. The terms and conditions of the subject matter shall be as it is within the sphere of the reign of the heavens. SUBJECT MATTER STATEMENT The AUTONOMY IN CREDIT ACT OF 2014 is in accordance with the Peacetime Social Compact Agreement as agreed upon by all American Nationals within The United States of America. The school district within The United States of America is the subject of the AUTONOMY IN CREDIT ACT OF 2014.

BE IT ENACTED, by the United States, in Congress assembled the AUTONOMY IN CREDIT ACT OF 2014 IS HEREBY ESTABLISHED, ACCEPTED AND ACKNOWLEDGED on the 17th day of February 2014. REGULATIONS OF THE STATUTE ENACTED 1: IT IS FORBIDDEN, that any school district within The United States of America shall ever use anothers future sweat equity as a form of credit for their benefit or the benefit of a third party without showing just cause of an actual injury, 2: IT IS FORBIDDEN, that any school district within The United States of America shall place themselves as a third party within a contract by and between two other parties without express consent of the contracting parties. 3: IT IS FORBIDDEN, that any school district within The United States of America shall lose the right to support themselves with their talents and intellectual property. 4: IT IS FORBIDDEN, that any school district within The United States of America shall retain any right to any full faith and credit of anyone that shall have reached the age of majority and have left the district to pursue their right of life, liberty, and property when the evidence of an oath or affirmation has been performed upon signifying reaching the age of majority. 5: IT IS FORBIDDEN, for any school district and the office holder thereof to classify any mother and father as parents of infants, children or any other term. 6: IT IS FORBIDDEN, that any school district within The United States of America to claim power of attorney over anyones posterity without just cause. 7: IT IS FORBIDDEN, for any Monarch, foreign or otherwise to claim any posterity of any affirmed American National and Citizen or National of the reign of the heavens no matter the claim of right of the Monarch, foreign or otherwise. 8: IT IS FORBIDDEN, that any school district within The United States of America to take any or all power of attorney for any child under the age of majority from the mother and father before the child reaches the age of majority.

GENERAL REGULATIONS A: In the event of abandonment by the mother and father, death of the mother and father, repeated physical abuse of a child BY THE Mother and Father or any other time where the balance of a family has been displaced, the child shall remain in the custody of the next of kin, or the school board within a district of The United States of America until the age of majority, wherein the age of majority shall be the age of eighteen years instead of twenty one. At the age of eighteen the student shall enjoy residency of the district wherein upon reaching the age of twenty one, shall be eligible to take an oath or affirmation to The United States of America as an American National. B: All intellectual property is derived from the Grantor and Beneficiary, wherein the American National shall serve as the trustee over all property obtained through the aforesaid intellectual property. PENALTY 1: Any act committed in the form of a crime in rebellion of the AUTONOMY IN CREDIT ACT OF 2014 shall be considered at war with The United States of America wherein the National, person or other entity shall have fulfilled the terms of Article VII section 3 of the Articles of Confederation, as amended, for slavery and child trafficking is strictly forbidden within The United States of America.
