NC high pressure vice, Version TC 200

Clamping system for machining centres and flexible manufacturing systems Aligning slots allow the vice to be positioned and clamped both horizontally and vertically Robust base: 200 mm wide, 140 mm high Clamping force up to 80 kN M14 thread on the high side of the jaws for mounting Allmatic HD high-pressure jaws

The fully enclosed high-pressure spindle with mechanical power intensifier is maintenance-free and extreely hard-wearing. The optimized chip guard guarantees high functional reliability with a minimum of cleaning. The outlet in the base allows coolant and chips to flow out.

Compatibility with NC 200 from earlier series (up to 1998) The NC high-pressure vice, Version TC 200:
is a TC version. The vice can also be mounted on NC 200 bases (up to 1998) has the jaw interface (fixed/mobile) of the current LC/TC 160/200 series. All current accessory jaws and self-made jaws can be used has, in addition, the jaw interface (fixed) of the earlier series up to 1998. This allows the use of self-made jaws from before 1998. can be used on vertical centres alongside the old design (up to 1998). The fixed jaws are aligned and the vice base height is compatible (see Fig. 1) permits mixed use of old and current clamping jaws in some cases (see Fig. 2).
