This matter comes before the court for review. The court has reviewed the returns of service filed by the sheriff and has concern whether leaving the original notice at the dwelling house without actual service on an individual residing therein constitutes personal service sufficient to meet the requirements of IRCivP 1.305. As such the court determines that additional service shall be made in which copies are actually handed to one of the persons on whom service is permitted pursuant to that rule. Once such service is perfected the defendants shall then have 20 days in which to take such action as is permitted under the statute or default judgment shall be awarded against them and possession of the seized property awarded to the plaintiff. When service is perfected it shall include a copy of this order.
