The pro"isional hands wor5ing in the abo"e concern will be gi"en age rela4ation to the e4tent of their pro"isional ser"ice put in sub8ect to a ma4imum of =i"e #ears from the upper age limit pro"ided the# are within the prescribed age limit on the date of their first appointment in the abo"e concern! <ut the regular emplo#ees of the concern are not eligible for the abo"e concession for further appointment! The pro"isional hands should obtain a certificate showing the period of their pro"isional ser"ice in the concern and shall produce the same as and when re7uired b# the commission! It would also be clearl# specified in the certificate that the# were not wor5ing in the regular ser"ice of the concern! )ersons appointed to the abo"e post shall be liable not with standing that at the time of re7uisition of their ser"ice +the# are holding higher appointment to ser"e for a minimum period of , of #ears during the first $- #ears of their er"ice 2 including period spent on training 3 in the defence ser"ice or an assignment relating to the 9efence effort an# where in India or abroad+ if so re7uired !
