REQUEST FOR ENTRY OF DEFAULT Pursuant to Rule 55(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Plaintiff, Triple Canopy, Inc. (hereinafter Triple Canopy), through its counsel, requests an entry of default against Defendants, Greyside Global, LLC and Greyside Group, Inc. In support of its Motion, Triple Canopy submits the accompanying Declaration of David R. Haarz and states as follows: 1. On November 19, 2012, Triple Canopy filed a Complaint with this Court against Greyside Global, LLC (hereinafter Greyside Global) and Greyside Group, Inc. (Greyside Group). Dkt. 1. 2. Both Defendants have been formally served with the Complaint by Triple Canopy. Greyside Global was served on December 7, 2012 and Greyside Group was served on December 12, 2012. The Summons for both Defendants were returned executed and filed with this Court on December 21, 2012. Dkt. 4-1 and 5-1; Ex. A, B to D. Haarz Declaration.

3. Answers to the Complaint from Greyside Global and Greyside Group were due on December 28, 2012 and January 2, 2013, respectively. Civil docket sheet for civil action 1:12-cv-01324; Ex. C to D. Haarz Declaration. 4. To date, neither Defendant has answered the Complaint or contacted Plaintiffs counsel to seek an extension of time to answer the Complaint. WHEREFORE Triple Canopy respectfully requests Entry of Default by the Clerk of the Court against Greyside Global, LLC and Greyside Group, Inc. due to their failure to answer the Complaint in this case.
