Under-lying-H1N1—US Bio-weaponry Program

Establishing bio-weaponry protocol, a fear based national and

international dictum, has significantly invaded every State, local and personal
body part at break neck speed.
But who realizes the under-lying reality… that is...that the H1N1 pandemic
is, simply put, a worldwide consequence management drill for the sole purpose
of refining national and worldwide bio-weaponry protocol.
Obviously, viral and pathogenic bio-threat is a real concern advancing
from the dark high-security tombs of the Dept. Of Defense (DOD), Human Health
Services, (HHS) Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization
(WHO) and God knows what other agency acronyms are on the short list. The
protocols on bio-threat disease and dying have made their way in solid style right
down through the official CDC networks, namely, our local Depts. Of Public
Health where “bio-security” trained administrators, who are being legislated
unprecedented authority over our sovereign personhood, have been in their
faceless highly paid places for years now.
Take Dr. Patricia Quinlisk, medical director of the Iowa Dept. Of Public
Health who was named, pre H1N1 pandemic, as chairperson of the National
Biodefense Science Board. Created by the U.S. Department of Health and
Human Services (HHS) the NBSB provides expert guidance and advice
regarding activities to prevent, prepare for and respond to chemical, biological,
nuclear and radiological health emergencies.
Quinlisk has served on the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists
(lead consultant on bioterrorism); Advisory Committee of the U.S. Marine Corps
Chemical/Biological Incident Response Force; U.S. Department of Defense's
Panel to Assess the Capabilities for Domestic Response to Terrorist Attacks
Involving Weapons of Mass Destruction (the Gilmore Commission); Institute of
Medicine's (IOM) Committees on Microbial Threats to Health in the 21st Century.
She also trained as an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer at the Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
 IOM, HHS, CDC, DOD…hmmm…Is Pat an independent Iowa State
employee or one of the many federal government implanted stitches in the thread
of a vast national network? Is she lock stepping State health codes with national
intention thereby, rather automatically, subjugating Iowa residents’ right to an
independent Statehood perspective as it concerns their health choices?
I remember being in Washington, DC a few years ago when the late
Senator Ted Kennedy was co chairing a special hearing on bio-defense. Did he
really think we could affect an invisible viral fence around America?
Government can't put an invisible defense around the nation. The most
well thought out and legislated protocol; mandated vaccines; quarantine and
forced, unwarranted entry into our homes and bodies won’t work against our own
doings; will not work against the novel bio-weaponry larvae of destruction we
have, in secret, invested years in creating, growing more viral day by day,
unobserved under the auspice of the new science of genetic engineering and
nano technology.
It is the knowledge of what we have in our own war chest that has been
freaking the Congress out for years. Senators Lieberman (Israel's man) and
Hatch (Pharaman) made sure that all vaccine manufacturers and health
providers are held harmless for vaccine injury resulting from untested or tested
vaccines during a "declared pandemic emergency”.
National and State legislators have the temerity or naivety to think they
can actually protect us from a litany of viral vendettas that we ourselves have
created. By dealing with an “effect” they are foolishly being distracted from the
“cause”. It is the US Bio-weaponry program that is driving this insanity for
unworkable protocol! After all, what country but ours would have the most cutting
edge bio-weaponry program that would make the world rock in fear?
A declassified revelation of the extensiveness of the US bio-weaponry
program which is at the core of this nonsensical, nationally (and internationally)
driven protocol may awaken what appears to be well meaning legislators to the
fruitlessness of their defense oriented protocol legislations.
Even if vaccines worked (emphasis on “if”), is the population to get
vaccinated for the entire list of DOD viruses by and by? Impossible! And most
importantly, as in the case history of nuclear warfare technology and depleted
uranium ammunitions has the United States sold or given bio-weaponry
technology to other countries? Its time to open the book of revelation!
