Solid and firm understanding of representing realistic space-time signals in frequencywavenumber space through various models 2. physically based understanding of applying different apertures and arrays to receive or transmit signals 3. Thorough exposure to the most important application of array signal processing i.e. deterministic beamformers and their statistical analog the statistically optimum beamformers with known statistics.
