Symantec Technical Support maintains support centers globally. Technical Supports primary role is to respond to specific queries about product features and functionality. The Technical Support group also creates content for our online Knowledge Base. The Technical Support group works collaboratively with the other functional areas within Symantec to answer your questions in a timely fashion. IT Analytics complements and expands upon the reporting and analytics that is offered by Client Server Management. The capabilities that are provided within the IT Analytics Client and Server Management Content Pack allow customers to extract maximum value from the data that is contained within their Symantec CMDB database(s).

Description
Two new cubes have been added to the ITA Client Server Management Content Pack: iOS Devices and Mobile Devices. Each cube provides detailed information specific to the inventory that each device type collects. The Mobile Devices cube includes iOS Devices, but the information that is contained with this cube is generic data that exists for all mobile devices. The iOS Devices cube contains information specific to the data that can only be collected from iOS Devices. A Dashboard specific to each cube has also been provided along with reports to show more detailed information.

Description
This utility lets you add a custom data class to a cube without understanding the underlying intricacies of how to perform this customization. After an IT Analytics reinstall or upgrade, you do not need to recreate your saved cube views. In the Symantec Management Console, all IT Analytics user interface pages include the page-related help.

After you configure, your cubes and reports, the Context-sensitive Help topics may not appear for the Cubes, Dashboards, and Reports pages.
Description
To get the Context-sensitive Help topics to appear for the Cubes, Dashboards, and Reports pages in the Symantec Management Console, you must do the following:
Install the Language Packs. When you use Symantec Installation Manager to install IT Analytics, install the Language Packs. Enable the Localize Report Parameters. In the Symantec Management Console, on the Settings menu, click Notification Server > IT Analytics Settings. In the left pane, expand IT Analytics Settings, and then click Configuration. In the right pane, on the Configuration page, in the Optional Configuration section, next to Localize Report Parameters, click Yes, and then click Save Report Parameters Settings.
