As a 2G and 3G RAN Optimization Engineer, I ensure that 2G and 3G equipments are of its optimum performance through KPI's monitoring. Aside from routinary alarm handling, analysis and troubleshooting of degraded KPI's, bts and nodeB capacity evaluation, adjacencies and parameter audit and customer complaints solution, is a quarterly 2G and 3G cluster optimization and benchmarking. Thus, I do field works for data gathering or drivetest and after which do post process, analysis and report generation and presentation. Also, I was involved in both 2G and 3G swapout from NSN to Huawei. Ensuring that KPI's are achieved after swapout. Also do parameter and adjacency auditright after swapout. It is also our duty to coordinate with the subcontractors for SSV and physical correction of each swapped out site. Job Title Technical Support Representative Industry Other 01/2007 to 10/2007 I was a technical support representative (inbound) in a Vonage Account serving all clients in different countries. I helped on the technical issues of our clients both on hardware and even on their online accounts. Also, I do retention services to clients who wishes to disconnect their accounts.
