Mr. Smith is a great asset to our school, I enjoy our conversations. from him. Mr. Smith's background as an excellent classroom teacher has been an excellent tool while receiving lesson feedback Mr. Smith is awesome! He is friendly, kind, and will make a great administrator. Mr. Smith is very approachable, and has offered excellent feedback on my teaching practices. Mr. Smith is an asset to our school and has a very promising career as an administrator. If our current administrator ever leaves (and I hope he doesn't anytime soon) I would eagerly seek a
