9) Wiggleintercoolerlooseanddropitoutthebottom.

10) Removethedriversideintercoolerpipingbyloosingfactoryclampintheenginebayandpullingpipingdown

11) InsertEPSdriversidepipingfromthebottomandlooselypushintofactoryclamp.

12) Timetoworkonpassengersidepiping.ThepassengersidedoesnthaveanyETSpipinginsteadyouare replacingthefactoryaccordionrubberwithETSrubbercoupler.Theproblemisthefactorycouplerisheldin placebyapermanentclampthatyouwillhavetobreak/cutfree.Thisistherealtrickonthisintercooler install.

 Thisisnotgoingtobeeasyanditsgoingtobeahellofafight.Justtrynottobendupthefactorypipingtoo bad.Onceyoudobreakitfree,straightenthefactorypipingasbestyoucanandmoveon. 13) PuttheETSrubbercouplerinplaceandnowstarttowiggletheETSintercoolerinplaceandontorubber couplers.

 14) Onceyouwigglethenewintercoolerinplace,looselyinstallthe2screwswhichholditinplace,makesurethe radiatorschroudisbeingheldinplacebythe2tabsontheETSintercooler.Nowitistimetostarttowiggle andworkallthepipingandcouplerstomakesureeverythingisonproperlyandthatnothingisrubbing againstanyotherparts.CHECKYOURCLEARANCESONEVERYTHING.

15) Onceeverythingisproperlyaligned,tightenallclampsincludingthefactoryclampintheenginebayholding thetopoftheETSpiping.Tightenthescrewsholdingtheintercooler.

16) Reinstallthe2undertraysandgoandenjoyyournewETSintercooler
