In 2011, world renowned BEUMER Group, Germany signed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with ENEXCO to take over the 100 % stake in the organistaion. Thus, ENEXCO Teknologies India Ltd became part of BEUMER Group which has its presence in more than 30 countries Worldwide. Offices The companys registered office in the New Delhi and the corporate / administrative office is in Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon which is approximately 10 kms from New Delhi Airport. The company has its own well-equipped ultramodern manufacturing unit at Naurangpur. State of Art Manufacturing ENEXCO has its own manufacturing facilities near New Delhi, deploying manufacturing processes and quality control systems comparable with the best in the World to achieve German DIN standards, indigenously. The workshop is spread over a plot area of over 22,000 sq. mtr and is equipped to take up complex and high precision fabrication work. Set up in 1995, these manufacturing facilities give the company a distinct advantage in controlling product quality and maintaining delivery schedules. The machine shop equipped with CNC machines as well as shot-blasting facility, painting and inspection areas together with fabrication facilities add up to create an impressive manufacturing base.
