Each student will be allotted a case. one has to identify the Individual problem in the case, alternatives solutions for the same. and their suggestions on improving it. each individual need to give presentation and a detail written report on the case allotted. case can be taken from the text books mentioned in the syllabus or books mentioned in other specific readings.

Each student will be assigned an event and they are required to Individual prepare a detailed report on planning, organizing, leading and controlling the event. They are expected to look at the detailed requirements of physical and human resources, diagrammatically show the reporting relationships, foresee the leadership issues and propose suitable leadership styles for different types of followers, propose appropriate control mechanisms. Marks Allocation , for quality of written report and diagramatical representation of the details of the event including following stages1. planning 2. organizing 3. Directing 4. leading 5.
