Regarding the Service Obligation Scheme: Not opting for Service Obligation Scheme that means upon your graduation if you guys are not going to work in Singapore based companies for 3 years, than the actual total fee for our MSc. courses will be approximately around $22000 to $30000 (It depends on the study of course) Opting for the Service Obligation Scheme: As a part of the service obligation, the international student is required to work in Singapore-based companies upon graduation. Student and two sureties have to sign the Service obligation agreement. 1.) With in the six months of your graduation, if you guys didnt get any employment in Singapore than your service obligation agreement will be cancelled by the government, so you no need to pay any penalty. 2.) After your studies, if you got the job in Singapore and if you break the service obligation bond with in 3 years of time (That means not working in Singapore-based companies refer to local companies and international companies that have a base in Singapore which is registered with the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA). In that case you have to pay the Liquidated Damages (LD). Without paying the penalty, if you have migrated to other country than your two sureties have to pay for it and you cant enter Singapore any more. 4.) Liquidated Damages will be computed based on the Service Obligation subsidies that you have received during the course of study plus 10% compounded interest per annum. Regarding the Bank Loan In Singapore, from the DBS/POSB or OCBC Bank, we can get the bank loan of maximum $3000 $4000 only for semester (Its 90% of the local citizens tuition fee). For that loan there is 0% interest free until your study period and after the study period interest is 4.5 to 5% per annum. Bank loan is provided only for NUS and NTU students for their graduate studies, bank loan needs local personnels surety. D. Regarding the Living Expenses Living expenses in Singapore (food, transportation, accommodation, study materials and other miscellaneous costs) will comes around $800 to $1200 per month. E. Each course is covered in 39 hours and usually consists of 13 lectures of 3 hours each Classes are usually held in the evenings (6.45pm to 9.45pm) at NTU on weekdays Classes are usually held in the evenings (6.00pm to 9.00pm) at NUS on weekdays Examinations are held during office hours at the end of each semester

G. Regarding the Entry Visa An Entry Visa is required of international students from some countries for entry into Singapore. Visit the website of Singapores Immigration and Checkpoints Authority to learn more. The Entry Visa is incorporated in the In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter sent to students upon successful application of the Student's Pass. There is no need to make a separate application for the Entry Visa. H. Regarding the revision and exam Periods: Exam preparations for Semester 1 and Semester 2 First Semester: Revision and Exam periods start from the first week of November 13 to first week of December 13 and the results will be announced during end of Dec 13. Second semester: Revision and Exam periods start from Third Week of April 14 to Third week of May 14. You will complete your degree during May 14 and the results will be announced during end of May 14 to June 14. I. Regarding the Job If you get the job during your studies than by second semester you can convert your studies to part time and you can work in the company for full time. If like that, then you will complete your graduate course by Dec 14. If you didnt get the job during your study period, upon your graduation you can search for the jobs in Singapore.
