This family is nuclear family. In this family four member are there, parent & two child. Her room on ground floor. In that room one hall , one bed room, kitchen & washroom. Where she is live this atmosphere is good. Have a small room but very beautiful. In the society her behaviour is good. She is respect of all the elders in the society & others also. As well as she is friendly with same age child. Economic background is well being, standard of living is also well being.

Ishas daily schedule is good. She is wake up in morning at 6o clock. She is ready for go to school. She is come from school at 12.30 or 1 o clock. Then she eat food. Her eating habit is good. Her mother provide protein & notorious food, she is like this type of food. After eat food she sleep for sometime. When she is wake up then doing home work. After that she go tution. When she is come from tution watch T.V. & eat food after eating she is sleep. She is not much playing. But sometime is play puzzle. She is more interested in science subject. Her hobbies is to sang a song & watching T.V. when she free then watch T.V. In T.V. she watch pogo channel. In pogo channel she look chhota bhim. Her favourite game is hide & sike.

BEHAVIOUR PATTERN
Her behaviour is good with other or at home. She is behave proper with parents & teacher also. In a classroom her behaviour is good with classmate& teacher. Overall her behaviour is good. But sometime when she is angry then not behave in a proper manner.

FATHER OPINION:Her father opinion related to education, that she have a deep knowledge in study.& her father wise from isha she will come 1st rank in exam in all standard whatever weakness are there her father thing she avoid all the things & he her also tell to isha you pay attention any your strength in education also you do practice in grammar. & also you score more marks in other subject in some time you English become perfect. l

TEACHER OPINION:Her teacher opinion is, she pay more attention on writing skill & grammar. Because sometime through grammar & writing skill her marks deducted in paper. Ishas overall study is good.& also if she is practicing of the English grammar. Then her communication level is also improve. Overall her teacher not much problem from isha related to her behaviour or education.

OBSERVATION OF CHILD DURING INTERACTION

She is very sincere about her study. She is also doing work on time to time , in a proper manner. She have a good health . unnecessarily she is not talk anybody & also she is very respective towards elder.

DIAGNOSIS

During interaction I know the problem of isha , she have problem in English grammar. Because she scoreless marks in English through grammar. Some time she not write good hand writing. From all this reason some time teacher also complain her parent. Therefore for all reason she have tension for English subject.

SUGGESTION
For this observation I suggest that your overall behaviour is good & whatever qualities you have , this qualities is good. I think you maintain this qualities in your life time. Because this qualities are necessary for a good child or manarable behaviour. This qualities should have all the student. Some improvement is needed like writing skill & grammar.
