When we eat our last meal at around 7-8 am, we go about 12 hours or so without food until we eat out breakfast which breaks this fast! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because that early morning booster increases the metabolic rate and kick starts your body into gear!

Literally means: BREAK THE FAST!
Provides energy to kick start your day Brightens up ones mood Decreases the risk for diabetes and other heart diseases Promotes weight loss Better cognition and memory
HOWEVER...
studies have shown that around 4 out of 10 college students usually skip breakfast entirely.
