Introduction: The Teaching Perspectives Inventory is an inventory that people take in order to assess the orientation to teaching. This inventory help people to understand education through them own opinions, believes, thoughts, etc., without being based on others thoughts. This inventory will be very helpful to understand what the students are expecting from their teachers at the moment to take a course. What you will read is that there are different ways that people can get the information and how teachers should perform their classes to provide a better knowledge to their students. Results:

What we can infer form those results is: Transmission: in this case I got 44 and that means that I as teacher am the kind of teachers that like students get the idea that are transmitting, those that like students can feel free to share their ideas and not be shy. Apprenticeship: in this case I got 40 in total that means that I have a little percent in the belief that people can learn by put in practice what they are getting in the classroom. Developmental: in this section I got 40 percent in total, and what I can understand is that as teacher I have the vision that my principal goal is students development, and I can achieve this goal through focus my class in what they are thinking. Nurturing: In this I got 43 what means that as teacher I am the person who needs help students to grow up in education process. Without make a pressure, students have to feel themselves free in order to achieve my goal as teacher and the students goals. Social Reform: This is the second one in which I got my highest average I got 44 that means that as teacher I am aware about that my students can get what they need not just I am thinking on my own development as teacher instead I am thinking in how I can make students grow up in classes, as social person thinking in others and myself. Conclusion: Take this test have helped me to understand that there are teachers that are just seeing their own success, putting away students success, what is completely wrong because what makes teachers is students not just teachers by their own, at the end of the inventory I could realize that I am a good teacher because I am thinking in my students and their development not just a professional also as person.
