1) Overview:
Totally Integrated Milk society Management solution for Handling/Managing and making it possible to maintain the records of each member, supply of milk and departments to access Employee related Data. Milk society Management solution will streamline the management of Member and his transactions. Milk society Management solution will maintain a complete Member database including contact information, Milk details, advance, and performance evaluation and transaction details. Milk society Management solution is a suite of integrated solution, designed to facilitate Society operations by reducing time-intensive administrative tasks and lowering costs by deploying selfservice applications.

1.1. Solution Synopsis:

The solution would include the following:

Master Management: The Master management comprises of master-data like Dairy Service Master, Milk unit, Milk FAT, Milk Type, Vendor Master and others Dairy Milk Transaction billing Management: It maintains each milk transaction for each member for each shift. Dairy Service billing: It maintains all the services taken by member. The services are configurable it may be Advance, Animal Husbandry doctor fees, or any other free or chargeable service. Dairy Billing: This module generates the bill for each member at any time and it also enables the printing of bills.

1.2. Software Modules :

To realize the above solution, following modules will be developed:
1.1.1. User Administration Module:

Administration section will allow the administrator to Add/Edit/Modify/Delete the application level data. For e.g.: It will allow following functionalities: Creation of usernames ,passwords for the users using the system Manage the user level control as per the requirements. Creation of roles for users thereby providing user access to various modules as per company policy.
1.1.2. Master Management Module:

The Master Management will have following sub-modules

Milk unit master 1.19. Vendor milk rate

It manages all the master data and one time entry data to facilitate the smooth function of Milk Society management solution.
1.1.3. Dairy Milk Transaction billing Management:

It will allow maintaining each transaction of the member for each shift.

1.1.4. Dairy Service billing:

It maintains all the services taken by member. The services are configurable it may be Advance, Animal Husbandry doctor fees, or any other free or chargeable service.

It will allow following functionalities: Reports Module will generate reports as and when required by the Society Current System has default Report as per system requirements, based on selection criteria user can generate reports from system.

Database Backup module is used to takes full data backup of current system .

1.1.8. Database Restore Module:

Database Restore module is used to restore data from backup file.

Other required modules will be developed by understanding and studying requirements of the Societys.
