KL-type Vertical Dryer Structure of KL-type Vertical Dryer This type of vertical dryer is made of steel structure; inner

lining adopts heat preservation materials to keep warm; multilayer high temperature castings are adopted in the roaster; there are vibration system, interception system, temperature control system and intelligent control system installed on some relevant parts of the machine; vapor and smoke are collected with the application of a draught fan and a cyclone dust collector. Working Principle of KL-type Vertical Dryer When temperature is showed from 400 to 500 by temperature controller on the bottom, materials, whose granularity is not more than 25mm, will be raised to preheating zone by lifter under the instruction of intelligent material level controller; When temperature is showed from 150 to 250 by temperature controller on the top, materials will be sent into cross vibration chute by electric shutoff device to take the second preheating. During the vibrationpreheating course, materials are dried and loose and evenly distributed into several overlapped distribution cones to take the third drying process till the materials are completely dried and finally discharged. Characteristics of KL-type Vertical Dryer Vibration chute and distribution cone of this type of vertical dryers are made of castings that resist abrasion, corrosion and high temperature; no renewal forever. Vibration chute is able to effectively control the stay time of materials; temperature controller, material level controller, shutoff device and vibration chute can be adjusted at different request and give orders to each parts perfectly.

XKL-type Vertical Dryer Purpose of XKL-type Vertical Dryer The machine is widely used to dry blocky materials, particles and powdery materials of slag, clay, pulverized coal, iron powder, food, ore, etc. Structure and Working Principle of XKL-type Vertical Dryer 1. The machine is vertical and is made of steel structure. Materials are fed into the dryer by lifter and then slide down evenly through material distributor, shutoff device and distribution cone according to their own weight. They will make exchange with ascending hot air reversely, to be dried step by step and to be discharged and delivered to designated storage room by belt conveyor. 2. Occupation area of the machine is only 10 to 25 square meters. The machine only takes a small amount of investment and it is easy to operate. 3.
