technological initiatives and innovative entrepreneurial prospects. Outside my professional interests, I enjoy the things of God and believe in pursuing God. As I journeyed with the Lord for the past twelve years, it is my deepest heart desire to be committed in an intimate walk with Him and to teach and encourage others to do the same. I draw my inspiration and passion for Christ from the place of prayer by Gods grace. I have a summarized Personal Mission Statement that gives me clarity and defines who I am and how I will want to live. It reads,
a bakery business, so having 7 siblings provided a great workforce and solidarity to deal with the outside pressures growing up. Aflao during my childhood was (and currently is) a town of utmost strategic importance in terms of Ghanas international trade, and therefore the pressures are high for young men and women to abandon school for a career of smuggling goods and other vices. As a child growing up in Africa, I must have heard my father tell the story a hundred times, Education is the way to get out of here and be in front of the people that matter, education is the way you can get respect with your peers in this neighborhood. I inevitably would follow the path of education to go beyond what my surroundings could afford me by Gods grace. I am currently a graduate student in the Information Science and Technology department at Missouri S&T. Before Missouri S&T, I worked with a financial institution for a couple of years after finishing my MBA in 2010 from the University of MissouriSt. Louis. My professional pursuit stems from a deep desire to effect positive change and promote economic growth in Africa and beyond through
MISSIONS
To be committed to an intimate walk with God every day of my life. Living in integrity and humility, I will employ Godly leadership skills and competence in the use of tools to foster the Preaching of Gods word, Education and Entrepreneurship. I will open my arm to the needy and extend my hand to the poor. In Godly fear, I will submit to my husband and faithfully teach my children in the ways of the Lord, as I diligently pursue personal growth. So help me God!
I love to travel, read, cook, and enjoy drama/chorography. Esi Adeborna
