Common Law Marriage as Recognised byThe Scriptures AndThe Most High

The Common Law Marriage is an agreement/contract by two partners who must not be of same sex.

GATHERING of CHRIST CHURCH COMMON LAW MARRIAGE 1. The Marriage will be carried out in accordance with The Scriptures as recognised and described by The Most High. 2. The Marriage will be carried out by an Elder of the Church and: a) Be done in the Hebrew language followed by language of the country of residence. 3. The partners must pay a nominal fee to cover expenses and can if they wish make a donation to the Church itself. 4. The marriage can only be performed between partners who have been Baptised. 5. Partners may hire a feast for the day of the wedding ceremony which is an option by choice of the partners. 6. Partners may invite any person/s to the wedding and have two witnesss. 7. Partners must promise to abide by the Marriage as described in The Scriptures and as written by The Most High. 8. The Church cannot accept divorcing of Partners without proper cause or unless the vows have been broken by any one or by both partners. 9. Partners will be married under the eyes of The Most High and his servants (those servants being the Elders of the Church). 10. This is a draft document and changes and wording may be changed in order to correct any errors and or add additional and appropriate information.
