2. The maximum limit of personal effects of Mr. Tarlok Badhan to be packed by you is 1354 kg, however the maximum limit for dispatch of his personal effects to Delhi by surface route is 1216 Kgs. Shri Tarlok Badhans personal effects may kindly be packed on 13 September 2013 and sent to ICD New Delhi by the first available sailing. The road transportation charge from Moscow to Port Antwerp/Rotterdam and Ocean freight Port Antwerp/Rotterdam to Delhi will be paid by the Embassy. The amount of insurance cover in respect of household goods shall be for value not exceeding US $ 1010.46. The original insurance policy may also be forwarded to him at the above address under intimation to us. 2/-

:2: 4. Packing of the articles may be done as per specifications already agreed upon, subject to the inspection and satisfaction of the officer. Crating of sensitive items may please be done as per requirement of insurance agencies. A certificate to this effect may be obtained from Mr. Tarlok Badhan and sent to this Embassy. 5. The following information may also please be furnished to this Embassy as soon as the personal effects are packed and forwarded:a) Name of the Vessel and date of its sailing b) Expected date of its arrival at ICD, New Delhi c) Actual weight/cubic capacity of the personal effects d) Ocean freight payable 6. Your bill for collection, packing, forwarding and insurance coverage of Mr. Tarlok Badhans personal effects, subject to the ceiling indicated above may please be sent to this Embassy for settlement. The Missions shall not accept any liability for claims over and above the ceilings mentioned above. Thanking you,
