"Selling and buying lands is unlawful" is a major truth I have come across.

Of course, I never had the building and hill lot in mind. I am envisioning of not a person, me or whoever, using anarchy to claim that free right. I am envisioning of a process where everyone like me feels the pain or realizes the pain that we already have because we subscribed to the impostor apostles' lie embedded in their raw greed-led capitalism. If you just take my seat and read thousand of blogs, posts, comments, news from OFWs now suffering in foreign countries, you would all of a succeed sudden come to see how wrong was to sell and buy lands, how wrong was and is the move to commercialize the land God had given us freely. The landless-homeless plights of thousands of Filipinos working abroad in oppressed conditions is a strong confirmation their sufferings is a daily strong reminder of how wonderful would it be to have your own land and live freely there, grow your food in it, instead of going through the pains of being enslaved by unkind employers just to have money to buy food. I am in favor of removing money from the system. It has made caused the acquisition of food indirect and allowed the greedy ones to profit, while making it very difficult for the many. The land given free by God to us read: our forefathers, must and shall be declared released from all human ownership, the ownership return to God, everyone recognizing His ownership, everyone recognize the only true role of humans regarding lands and other free gifts from God, namely: as happy, grateful recipients and responsible steward of such gift, thus, to use it not for greedy love (selfishness) but for the expression of (w)holistic love, namely: 1) love for God (keeping in mind His poor children who cannot repay us as one way we can express our love for Him for He says, Whatever you had done for the least of them My children, youve done that to Me; hence, we are loving Him if we love His poor children. We love them in His behalf. We are serving as His implementing arm of delivering His love to them; 2) love for our neighbors; and 3) love for the self.

There is a term among the agrarian reformers which they keep on repeating until I got the significance of it after a long time of thinking about land. This term is the phrase absentee ownership. It means even if you are not there, not tilling it, not constructed a house, not living there either, and most especially if you had just found that vacant lot in the list of Registry of Deeds among auctioned lots due to non-payment of taxes by the original owners this phrase absentee ownership has given way for the greedy ones to own not just hundreds but thousands of hectares those we call hacienderos and leave the rest land less. NO MAN SHALL WORK FOR ANYONE AS FULLTIME TENANT OR FULL TIME FARMWORKER. THE ROLE TENANTS AND SLAVES SHALL DISAPPEAR; EVERYONE SHALL BECOME OWNER READ: GODS CO-OWNER OF HIS SHARE OF THE LAND. EVERYONE SHALL HAVE HIS SHARE OF FREE LAND, E.G., 5 HECTARES, WHERE HE CAN GROW HIS OWN FOOD AND VIAND AND THUS PREVENT EMPLOYEESHIP/EMPLOYMENT IN SOMEONE ELSES BUSINESS OR FARM. YOU CAN ONLY USE THE SERVICE OF OTHERS FOR YOUR FARM (1) IF YOU ARE A MEMBER OF A LOCAL BAYANIHAN OR TEAMWORK WHERE THE GROUP HELPS EACH MEMBERS FARM, ONE AT A TIME UNTIL THE GROUP FINISHED ALL FARMS; A ROTATION SYSTEM; OR (2) OK, YOU CAN HIRE ANYONE WITHOUT DANGER SINCE YOU WILL HAVE ONLY SAME SIZE OF LAND THEY HAVE. WHAT IS DANGEROUR OR OPPRESSIVE IS TODAYS STATE WHERE THE WORKER HAS NO LAND OF HIS OWN AND TOTALLY DEPEND ON THE HACIENDERO FOR HIS DAILY FOOD AND OTHER NEEDS. BUT AS SOON AS EVERYBODY OWNS SAME FAMILY-SIZE LAND AND NOBODY DEPENDS ON SOMEONE ELSES LAND FOR FOOD,

AND THAT EVERYONE CAN FEED HIS OWN FAMILY OUT OF HIS OWN SHARE LOT, THEN, SLAVERY WILL BE NO MORE. THE AVAILABILITY OF MACHINE WILL ALSO MAKE HIRING OTHERS LESS NECESSARY. I ENVISION OF A WORLD AND AN ERA WHERE EVERYONE HAS HIS OWN LAND, MORE OR LESS 5 HECTARES EACH. THERE YOU CAN IMAGINE THE WHOLE FAMILY GROWING THEIR OWN FOOD, ORGANIC FOOD, NO ONE WILL BECOME SOMEONE ELSES LIFETIME EMPLOYEES (SLAVES). NO ONE WILL WORK FOR SOMEONES FARM TO EARN MONEY OR TO HAVE FOOD. EACH WILL HAVE HIS OWN LAND TO RAISE FOOD. ABSENTEE OWNERSHIP IS A BAD REALITY OPPOSED TO THE HIGHER TRUTH OF LOVE ITS OPPONENTS HAVE, NAMELY: PRESENT OWNERSHIP WHERE THE OWNER HAS TO BE PRESENT, E.G., LIVING IN THAT LOT AND FARMING IT PERSONALLY. UNDER THIS ABSENTEE OWNERSHIP SYSTEM, ONE CAN BUY VAST TRACT OF LAND OR ACQUIRE IT POLITICALLY WITHOUT HIS OWN MONEY, HAVE IT BECOME PRODUCTIVE, EVEN IF HE IS NOT PRESENT THERE, E.G., NOT LIVING THERE, AND ABOVE ALL, NOT TILLING IT PERSONALLY. MANY OPPORTUNIST POLITICIANS MERELY WENT TO THE GOVERNMENTS REGISTRY OF DEEDS, LOOKED AT THE LIST OF LAND FOR AUCTION (LAND WITH OVERDUE UNPAID TAXES AND NOW DUE FOR SALE), AND MANEUVERED TO ACQUIRE THEM, SOMETIMES WITHOUT CASHING OUT EVEN A SINGLE CENTAVO! There are righteous businessmen who fairly bought their vast lands but again, the maximum size of land one can own must be limited, so that every family will have its own land. The goal is: No family shall become worker or slave or anyone to have its own food; everybody shall have

land so they can grow their own food, and secondly, having the land productive, they can have extra time, such as on afternoons, to pursue their other interests develop their talents. Having no land, or having a piece of lot that only thorn and thistle can grow, and located at the slopes and eroded mountain tops, while the fertile plains and valleys belong to the rich or working in the cities where you are merely renting a small space, and your wage is very minimal, would force you, as it did to many of our countrymen and relatives, to decide to work abroad not as free men and free women but as oppressed workers as slaves. So, I realized how unnecessary was for them to leave our country and their loved ones had the land not been owned - read: grabbed - by the few. Do you know that greedy men merely used mock war between army and rebels to scare civilians and cause them to abandon their plains, or farms? That a governor connived with his compadre army general to divide his men into two, one would act as army, the other half as rebels and that they would launch a fake war or encounter so the farmers would leave their lands? and so did they! Immediately, the government or the governor, declared the place as no man's land, and had an new army post/camp there. Soon, it was seen

that they governor rented the vast plain for P1.00 a year per hectare, and some 5 years later, had it licensed in his name. Some used the poverty of the farmers to "grab" the land. The landgrabber lent money for the medicine, or education of some members o the family. The endresult is: he got the land. Former President Marcos created war in Mindanao and drove the civilians away. After the war: his compadres from Luzon became the hacienderos of Mindanao along with foreigners who put up pineapple plantations, and guess who are their workers? The grandchildren of the natives who owned the lands. Plenty of methods of land grabbing. Not time to write them all here. So, I dream of making all who profess to believe in Christ to realize this one error, along with other errors, to liberate themselves, one step at a time, one lie at a time.
