Static&Dynamic IP First of all you will need a static IP, because with dynamic IP you will get ann oyed. Dynamic IP: A dynamic IP address changes each time you connect to your Internet Service Provider (ISP). This allows ISPs to keep a pool of addresses available t o subscribers. If you disconnect from the ISP, your address is returned to the p ool, becoming available to the next computer that connects. Static IP: A static IP address is fixed, much like a telephone number. If your I SP gives you a static address, you will always use the same address. Servers usu ally have static addresses, so they can always be found at the same location. So, you will need static ip because if you use dynamic, each time your IP change s, you will need to open ports again, while static ip the ip will be the same al l the time. NO-IP

Go to http://www.no-ip.com. Register there, and login. IP Adress is your WAN IP. Assign to group & Enable Wil dcard & Mail Option, leave them as they are. It should be like this : [Image: No-IP_4.png] Creating your server Okay, next step is creating a server for your RAT. After you downloaded the RAT, open it. Now, click the "Create" button down. When it asks you to create a downloader, server or whatever choose "Create ProRa t Server". We don't need downloader now, but you can create one later. 1. Notifications In this tab, check the ProConnective Notification (Network and router) only. Disable the "Mail, ICQ, CGI notifications". In the box, for proconnective notification, type your no-ip DNS. 2. General settings Now, this tab is the most important tab. Server port: If you want to connect to a PC you must choose a port that you want to use. The default port number is 5110 on ProRat. Server password: This protects your victims from other ProRat users. Default pas sword is "123456", you may change it to whatever you want. Victims name: leave it as it is.

Don't enable fake error message (makes your server unstable). When your slave tr y's to open the server the message you adjusted will appear. Melt file on install. This option is if you enable it , when the slave try to open your server, it'd d isappear. If you bind your server with a file and run it, the server will be lost and ther e will only be the binder file left on your victims PC. So, if you are going to bind your files 'enable' it, otherwise don't. Kill Antivirus-Firewall on start: Enable it. If you check this box and create a server, the server will disable antivirus and close the firewalls running on the target system and this can be a useful featu re because antivirus can delete the server and firewall can also block the Inter net activity of the server. Disable Windows XP SP2 security Center: Enable it. When you check this box you will disable the new Windows XP Service Pack 2 secur ity center. If this box is not selected you also can't diable XP internal firewa ll. Disable Windows XP Internal Firewall: Enable it. Windows XP, 2003, Longhorn operating systems has internal firewalls included if you don't kill them you can't connect to target PC. You must check this box for connections. Clear Windows XP Restore Points: Enable it. Windows ME-XP, 2003, Longhorn operating systems have got SYSTEM RESTORE abilitie s so if you don't check this box your slave's can restore their systems to a dat e which they were not infected from the server and you won't be able to connect anymore. If you check this box they won't be able to use the system restore func tion. Don't send notification from LAN IP's such as (192.168.*.*) or (10.*.*.*): DISAB LE THIS. Protection for removing local server: DISABLE THIS. If you check this box, the server cannot be removed without server the server pa ssword even if you are trying to remove it in a local way, ProRat client will no t give permission for this process. Invisibility It is very important to check these 4 boxes too. if you check all these boxes Pr oRat will work very silently so 2.party programs will not be able to detect the server. Check all 4 boxes. 3. Bind Files You can bind your server\downloader server with a file that you want. You must c

lick on the ''Bind the server with a file'' button and then the file button will be activated. You can choose a file to be binded with the server now. The exten sion is not so important you can see the size of binded server in the ''Server S ize'' part. I don't suggest you to use this binder, better use a different one later. 4. Server Extensions I prefer using .exe files, because it is cryptable. Mostly crypters don't suppor t .bat/.pif/.com etc. So use .exe files. 5. Server Icon If you choose a extension that has got a icon support. You can select the one yo u want to use with the server from the small pictures on the menu, but don't for get icons will make the server size a little bigger then the normal size. You can use an icon from your computer also. Press the "Choose new icon" button. After this, press "Create server". Congratulations, your server will be in the s ame folder as ProRat. Now, if you used another port, when you run ProRat, on main window change the po rt. If you used Reverse Connection, check the "R" box. Port Forwarding (Reqired for the RAT works) Okay, since all the RATs need portforward, ProRat needs also.
