    First Estimation (min/max) A French, English and Vietnamese-speaking Project Manager is your dedicated contact. Our PM sends a rst quotation for your project: min & max. range for full project time & cost.

    INTERNALLY
    Our team make a quotation, based on your requirements.

    Final Quotation and Client Approval

    A nal quotation is sent by our PM when you think time/costs are correct and decide to work further with us.

    We rene our quotation, based on additional information received from you.

    Project Initialization

    You validate the nal quotation. The project can start. Our PM with the team send a list of questions and a schedule for review.

    We break down the requirements into tasks. We launch the project with a kick-o meeting, before carefully planning and assigning all tasks internally We develop the source code, build databases, before integration and unit tests. We analyze and develop test cases.

    Implementation

    Daily and weekly reports are sent by our PM for review. We communicate through e-mail and/or Skype as often as needed.

    Testing

    Test cases and results are sent by our PM for your review.

    We execute tests and report test results. Bugs are tracked down on our internal ERP or Redmine.

    Delivery

    We notify you at every milestone. The code is committed to SVN.

    We deploy and proceed to a new test on your server.

    You test the application and send us written feed-back. Feedback We proceed to last adjustments and our PM keeps you informed throughout the process

    We make the adjustments requested.

    Completion

    The project is completed when you are satised and validate the project nal delivery.
