Remember that on the day students must

at school in their classrooms as 10.30 a.m. in full school uniform for the kapahaka performance. (They can go home with you after that to get changed). Students will be released into your care after the kapahaka performance. If you are not there to pick them up, we will be sending them home. Even though the big marquee isn't going to be there, we will still be operating from the front of the school, and possibly also the Learning Street and the hall. NO classrooms will be open on the day. All classes have been buzzing this week about their blogs which are now public for you to view. We are taking part in the 2014 Edublog Challenge (a worldwide event). You will love visiting each class's blog. On it you will see some great examples of learning and we invite you to leave a comment and sign the visitors book. Mana: http://waiourutui.edublogs.org/

We would like to thank all the parents who have offered to help out on the day. Because we have had to change the day we would really appreciate it if you could liase with your childs teacher either before or on the day to see where you can help out. We are also asking all parents to please do some baking for the school to sell at our gala. All parents that do provide baking will go into a draw of your choice to win a helicopter ride or bus trip to the Kiamanawa horses. You will need to be there when it is drawn at 12pm to claim the ride. Before the day all baking that will not go off (ie: biscuits, slices, sweets etc) can be dropped off at school with Kerry during school hours. Cakes can be brought down to the gala on the day. %&'&!()!*+'!,&-.!(,).#$/&,.!*0!*+'!.&#12&'!3'*0($&)4!.2&!$*5&$6!7')!8#$$#1&!
