JOB TITLE: Research Interviewer / Qualitative Research Associate Job Description: As a Research Interviewer, your major responsibility will be to collect primary information for Market Research Outsourcing engagements. You should be ready to work in flexible shift timings. Primary roles and Responsibilities: Skills: Should be open for outbound calling. Should be proficient in English language. Highly energetic and self motivated. Strong interpersonal skills. Should be able to work in a team. The role involves making outbound calls into different geographies (UK, US, Australia) Etc in order to collect data through Primary Sources. This data collection is done through CATI (Computer Aided Telephonic Interviews) CAWI (Computer Aided Web Interviews) You will be responsible to generate leads using various search engines. You will be responsible to perform secondary research on the internet.
