1. Query OMC(OMU BOARD) interface ip adresss Start PC!Use Hyperterminal login OMU board from serial port in 57600 baud rate! input Command MOMU_1_7_F> do type c:/bam/mml.txt Query command line: ADD IPADDR: BT=OMU, BN=0, IFT=ETH, IFN=0, IPADDR="190.1.30.1", MASK="255.255.0.0", FLAG=MASTER, CLPRI=6; From above command line ,we get OMU board OMC interface ip address submask:255.255.0.0. 2. Configure LMT ip address in same network field with OMC interface, for example: LMT ip: 190.1.30.100 submask: 255.255.0.0, 3. Install LMT (local maintenance terminal) software in LMT pc, during installion, need input Install Serial No:umg8900 (or check setup file SN.txt,SN.txt have Install Serial number). 4. After finishing installion, should login BAM from LMT through Ethernet ip interface. user name : admin; password : 9061mgw; site ip:omc board ip (for example:190.1.30.1); site name:random define (for example:Local Host); 5. How to empty all data in bam,and then start configure data from beginning.. In UMG8900,the most important fileis C:\Bam\mml.txt in the BAM, Download this file to local pc through FTP tools software. Then creat a new empty TXT file, the file name is MML.in the file ,add two line command ADD IPADDR: BT=OMU, BN=0, IFT=ETH, IFN=0, IPADDR="190.1.30.1", MASK="255.255.0.0", FLAG=MASTER, CLPRI=6; ADD ROUTE: BT=OMU, BN=0, DSTIP="0.0.0.0", DSTMASK="0.0.0.0", RTTYPE=NEXTHOP, PREF=60, FLAG=NORMAL, NEXTHOP="190.1.1.5"; Then, use FTP tools software to upload this MMl.TXT file to UMG8900 Bam directory c:\bam\, overlay original MML.TXT file. Synchronize BAM file between master and slave OMU SYC BAMFILE:; In the LMT, modify all board start mode:load start from Bam,command is: SET BRDSTART: MOD=LOAD; Last Reset system: RST SYS:; 1 190.1.30.1, ip
6. Before configue umg8900 data, first designate ip address and port for all umg8900 board:
