() SPC TURBO is a professional and diversified provider of centrifugal turbo machinery, including main parts like rotor, impeller etc., and its related special materials, used for Petrochemical, Chemical Processing, Oil and Gas Production, Metallurgy, Power Generation, and Sewage Treatment. 7000m2 3300m2 We have a manufacturing base, which is located in Economic & Technical Development Zone, Shenyang, P.R.China, and covers an area of around 7000 m2 with a production workshop of up to 3300 m2. With high quality and process control, SFC METAL is dedicated to supporting global customers in a wide variety of industries related to petrochemical, power, etc. Most of the members of our team have a good education and many years of technology background and practical experience in the fields of material production, mechanical process, packaged equipment and engineering design. 3. Quality and Process Control 3.1 We always implement strictly the relevant international standards during the

production. 3.2 Raw Material The more strict measures of control are taken to ensure the quality of raw materials, for example, four tests of UT on each of raw materials proceed by two UT engineers, before and after normalizing & tempering, the result of which is that the rate of undetected-error will be reduced significantly.

3.3 Welding

It has to take enough time for welding and grinding the blades of each impeller. The whole process of welding proceeds and is supervised totally in our own scope. EN287-1 ALSTOM 2009 The major welders, with EN 287-1 qualification, one of which once acquired the top 1 in the Welding Competition of Shenyang in 2009, and were approved and highly appreciated by the welding expert of ALSTOM S w i t z e r l a n d .
