PapriCAD Isometrics is a powerful tool that enables you to do what you do best: create intelligent and meticulous drawings. The strength of this application is evident from its very first use. For example, when you place a component, it gathers the components dimensions and material data from the current pipe spec and stores it in each component you place. Further, when you dimension the drawing or create a Bill of Material, the program queries components and extracts data to produce accurate dimensions and complete BOMs. Quickly and easily. When using PapriCAD Isometrics, your work will be as meticulous as you demand it to be. This spec-driven application transparently checks your input to make sure it complies with the current pipe spec. The program allows you to work without interference until you attempt to place a component that is either unavailable or is out-of-spec. If you definitely need to place an out-of-spec component, you will be allowed to proceed after you acknowledge your acceptance of the pending override. This feature is similar to a pipe checker thats ensuring everyone in the office is adhering to the same standard of accuracy and consistency when creating isometric drawings.
You will also enjoy having an extensive variety of components to choose from: valves, flanges, pipe fittings and structural steel profiles. Functions such as the Auto-Pipe-Route speed up the isometric drafting process by simply specifying a start point and line direction. Once set, the next step is to start selecting one fitting after another. The application does the work for you, placing the fittings sequentially by constantly moving the insertion point forward.

With Isometrics, you can also quickly dimension the isometric by sequentially picking dimension start and end points. When the program detects a change in line direction, it alerts you to change the isometric plane and shows you all available options. Supports pipe sizes from 1/8'' to 80'' (3mm to 2000mm). Supports ANSI flanges and valves from 150 to 2500 lb. Supports threaded and socket weld fittings from 2000 to 9000 lb. Offers comprehensive selection of standard pipe fittings. Offers many valves types: gate, globe, ball, plug, needle, angle, control and and pressure safety valves (PSVs) Spec driven with transparent spec compliance checking ensures accuracy and allows you to override pipe specs when neces sary.
