GENERAL

Minera Suyamarca SAC develop of the Inmaculada gold-silver project using an underground mining method. The mine life will be about 7 years. Ore will be processed to produce gold and silver dore in a 3500 tonne per day processing facility employing a crushing, grinding, conventional agitated tank cyanide leaching, counter current decantation CCD, tailings thickening, tailing Inco cyanide destruction detoxification, Merrill Crowe smelting for gold and silver Dore recovery. The thickening mill tailings will be co disposed in mine with a fill paste plant or in tailing dam storage facility. Power will came from Peru national grid and back up for emergency generated on site using diesel generators. The information provided in this summary text, Technical Specification N GEN-001, has been synthesized from the individual technical specifications for the equipment and materials as applicable to the Inmaculada Project. This summary text and the individual technical specifications comprise the documents contained in the appendix of technical specifications for the Inmaculada Project. In case of a discrepancy between the individual technical specification and this summary text, the individual technical specification shall govern. The specified equipment sizes are considered to be nominal. The vendors nearest standard size will be considered if it fulfills the performance requirements. 2.0 STANDARDS AND CODES

In the event of difference between codes or standards, the most stringent must apply. 3.0 SITE LOCATION

The Inmaculada Project is located in Southeastern Peru in the Department of Ayacucho, Province of Paucar del Sara Sara, in the Oyolo District, and is approximately 900 km southeast, or fifteen hour drive, from the city of Lima, the capital of Peru. It is centered at the approximate latitude 14 57'27 South and longitude 73 14'42 West in the Department of Ayacucho (coordinates World Geodesic System WGS84 E 689 503.34 N 8347 299.26, center of stockpile) at an elevation of 4,800 m.a.s.l. The region can also be accessed from the city of Arequipa via a separate western route. The nearest town is Cotahuasi, a small village of about 1,500 people, 110 km to the southeast of the project site. National paved road access is to within 250 km of the property boundary, with a 250 km gravel road access to the main mine area from the paved road. An alternative the region can also be accessed from the city of Cusco via a separate western route. The nearest town is Chalhuanca, a small village of about 2,000 people, 180 km to the southeast of the project site. National paved road access is to within 370 km of the property boundary, with a 180 km gravel road access to the main mine area from the paved road. 4.0 SURVEY AND DATUM/UNITS/LANGUAGE

The coordinates World Geodesic System WGS84 shall be used for the entire project. The International of Units (SI) shall be used for all documents, drawings and calculations. Piping and Structural steel design in the drawings shall be in English Units nominate according to our local Market. Spanish language shall be used for all documents, drawings and calculations generated for Basic and Detail engineering. DESCRIPTION OF DEPOSIT AND ORE,

Inmaculada is a typical low sulphidation, the vein structures Angela are Basal andesite in the Tertiary volcanic that the dominant rock type that hosts the veins of Quellopata is andesite breccia of the Oligocene Tacaza. Precious metal enriched. The oldest structures in Quellopata are faults dipping toward the northwest and southeast and contain eight known veins: Angela, Roxana, Martha, Teresa, Lourdes, Shakira, Juliana and Lucy. The veins on the surface structure presents with only scarce opalescent quartz pseudomorphs of calcite banding laminated or coloforme. The vein has a strike northeast (050 ), southeast dipping (45 to 90 ) and exposed at the surface over a length of 700 m along strike (from the line 9.600 N to 10,300 N). The vein varies in potency of 0.5 m 16.0 m, with an average of about 6.0 m; Showed here have been two generations of mineralization in the vein of Angela, an early event lead-zinc and late event silver gold. The mineralization early is composed by veinlets white quartz with sphalerite, galena, pyrite and argentite (in small quantities). These veinlets form an extensive wrapper of low law (0.2 to 1.0% Pb + Zn) surrounding, and overlap mineralization of the vein Angela. El second event of mineralization in the vein Angela is the most important from the economic standpoint and is composed by a vein of white chalcedony with gap and stockworks associated. La chalcedony contains small quantities (usually <1%) of electrum, argentite, pyrargyrite, chalcopyrite, pyrite and marcasite
