1. Create the sample ID according to the worksheet for AAS (AAS21Q,ARE133) and LECO (CSA06V) 2. Transmit the result from AAS and LECO to the SLIM
Create the sample ID for AAS21Q and ARE133 this task can be done by Lab Tech as below: Log-in into the server 10.230.104.6 with your own username Open the CCLAS Go to Instrument Click AAS240FS IDS A Dialog box will appear and select the job and scheme that you want to generate the ID. And click OK The ID file will be created in \\Vnfs004\lims\SITES\VNMIN\VNMIN\DATAIN\AA240FS\Idents Record the ID file name Done
Importing the ID into AAS in Label Module: Open a new worksheet from a template, name the worksheet with the job number and element to be analyze like NP13-00003-Au, NP13-00003-Cu-Bi-As, etc Delete all samples from previous job in the label module
Click Import Label and get the label that you created before in this folder: \\Vnfs004 \aa240fs\Idents Select the ID file for the job and it will automatically load to your worksheet Delete the sample that you will not run at this moment and check with the worksheet from SLIM Now your worksheet is ready for analysis after you make sure all parameter in the method are correct. Run the analysis
Page 1 of 3 6/23/2013 Exporting the result into SLIM After finished the analysis, select the Report Icon ( ) In the Worksheet tab, select your worksheet. Usually it will select the current worksheet. In the Select tab, select the element that you want to report In the Setting tab please make sure it correct as below:
Select Export to PRN File
This will open a window to let you save the file.
The file should be saved to \\Vnfs004\aa240fs

Please name the file with the job number for easier traceability Taskman will pick the data and sent into the job in the SLIM automatically.
