At a sole distribution Firm for Canon, Nokia, Samsonite, Mc Vities, Hero Baby food, etc, responsible for Local & International Purchasing/Leanly Processing over 45 orders (All Incoterms) monthly on an average basis for over 15 Multi-national brands with the below responsibilities: Oversee the smooth functioning of the logistics department through the fish-bones of KPIs and regular management meetings. Order processing i.e. acquiring forecasts, containerizing, following till approval, and attaining Suppliers timely acknowledgement. Following up with the Supplier, Broker and the Warehouse officials for the lean order fulfillment in regards to handling the documents to the broker, Warehouse & TMM notification, Custom follow-up, avoid extra penalty charges and order receipt delays by all possible means. Allocating the order to the suitable warehouses, receiving it in the Oracle after inspecting the GRN from the warehouse and announcing the stock status to the Warehouse, TMM and the Sales Team, further to it, reporting the Damages and shortages to the insurance agencies. Consignment file handling to finance after Landed Cost calculations for the Supplier, Broker, Marketing team and freight invoice payments.

At AZAQ CG An intense Import Control System was made using MS Excel for tracking over 1400 sensitive and expensive shipments for over 45 respected brands. Success has been such that it was later bridged with a toad of Oracle and linked to the system by my humble coordination, resulting in my promotion from a Logistics coordinator to a Demand planning and Logistics Coordinator. The system has helped Audit of the Organization to unbelievable extents along with support to demand planning, shipment tracking, extra cost determination and cutting, etc.

At Jamjoom Media and Productions, USPs and MAPs were set for all contents by my humble self along with presentations and tracking the payment. An extra gain of around 350,000 Riyals was achieved by simple streamlining the process and re-representing the rejected contents

At Naghi Motors, a successful track of POS material was devised and Rolls Royce Ghost launch was handled along with the team

Sales at the assigned Markets along with the traceability of the same was increased by fair presentation skills, hence resulting in continued employment of 3 more months
