In this Logitech Software License and User Agreement (User Agreement), we call our ideo calling ser ice Logitech Vid. !o use Logitech Vid "ou must acce#t the terms of this User Agreement$ install certain software on "our com#uter$ connect "our we%cam$ and register as a user of Logitech Vid. &inors can onl" use Logitech Vid %" ha ing their #arents or legal guardians sign u# to use Logitech Vid and enter into this User Agreement. Logitech ma" re'uire that the registrant #ro ide sufficient information to indicate that the registrant is an adult. (" chec)ing the %o* I agree to the license terms and conditions and clic)ing the ne*t %utton, "ou agree to %e %ound %" all of the terms and conditions of this User Agreement. If "ou do not agree to the terms and conditions of this User Agreement, #rom#tl" return the software and other items that are #art of this #roduct in their original #ac)age with "our sales recei#t to "our #oint of #urchase for a full refund, or if "ou ha e downloaded this software from a Logitech we% site, then "ou must sto# using the software and destro" an" co#ies of the software in "our #ossession or control. !he following are the terms and conditions for use of Logitech Vid and an" related software. +lease read them carefull". !he term User in this User Agreement refers to an" #erson or entit" that uses Logitech Vid. User A##o"n ' When "ou register online to use Logitech Vid, "ou will create a user account (User Account) using "our e/mail address. -ou are entirel" res#onsi%le for an" and all acti ities conducted through "our User Account. -ou agree to notif" Logitech immediatel" of an" unauthori0ed use of "our #assword or an" of "our User Accounts, or of an" other %reach of securit". ,.1 )asswor&s' When "ou create "our User Account, "ou will select a #assword. -ou are res#onsi%le for maintaining the confidentialit" of "our #assword, and "ou agree to %e lia%le for all lia%ilities resulting from an" disclosure of "our #assword. !herefore, for securit" #ur#oses, Logitech recommends that "ou change "our #assword often. At no time should "ou res#ond to an online re'uest for a #assword, e*ce#t when #rom#ted %" the Logitech client software or for s#ecial Logitech #romotional #rograms. #assword online. ,.2 Lo$i e#h IDs an& )i# "res' U#on "our registration as a User of Logitech Vid, "ou must choose one or more Logitech I3s to identif" "ourself to other Users and Logitech staff. -ou ma" also associate a #icture with "our User Account. -ou ma" not select or use an I3 of another #erson (unless it is also "our name), or use a name or #icture which iolates an" third #art"4s trademar), co#"right, or other #ro#rietar" right, which is or ma" %e illegal, which ma" cause confusion, or which Logitech deems in its sole discretion to %e ulgar or otherwise offensi e. USING Lo$i e#h %i& AND )RO%IDING US WITH .OUR )ERSONAL INFORMATION/ .OU CONSENT TO THE TRANSFER AND USE OF .OUR )ERSONAL INFORMATION' 1' RESTRICTION ON MATERIAL TRANSMITTED !he term :ontent includes all communications, te*t, audio, ideo, gra#hics, sounds, and other material. -ou ma" not use Logitech Vid or Software to transmit an" :ontent which7 ; harasses, threatens, em%arrasses or causes distress, unwanted attention or discomfort u#on an" other #erson$ ; includes se*uall" e*#licit images or other content which is offensi e or harmful to minors$ ; includes an" unlawful, harmful, threatening, a%usi e, harassing, defamator", ulgar, o%scene, or hateful material, including %ut not limited to material %ased on a #erson4s race, national origin, ethnicit", religion, gender, se*ual orientation, disa%lement or other such affiliation$ ; utili0es a false name or identit" or a name or identit" that "ou are not entitled or authori0ed to use$

; contains an" unsolicited ad ertising, #romotional materials, or other forms of solicitation$ ; contains an" irus, worm, !ro6an horse, time %om%, cancel%ot, or other destructi e #rogram$ ; contra enes an" a##lication law or go ernment regulation$ ; iolates an" o#erating rule, regulation, #rocedure, #olic" or guideline of Logitech Vid as #u%lished from time to time on the Logitech we%site$ ; ma" infringe the intellectual #ro#ert" rights or other rights of third #arties, including trademar), co#"right, trade secret, #atent, #u%licit" right, or #ri ac" right$ ; distri%utes software or other :ontent in agreement$ or ; defaces Logitech Vid. In addition, if Logitech %ecomes aware that "ou are using Logitech Vid to transmit an" other :ontent which Logitech considers ina##ro#riate, Logitech ma" notif" "ou to ad ise that transmission of such :ontent through the Logitech Vid is #rohi%ited. !he #rohi%itions set out in the section will a##l" to such :ontent immediatel" u#on such notification. Logitech shall also ha e the right to %loc) "our use of Logitech Vid. Such action ma" %e immediate and without notice. If "ou witness an" transmission of #rohi%ited :ontent %" others, Logitech encourages "ou to contact Logitech customer ser ice at su##ort<logitech.com. 2' OTHER RESTRICTIONS ON USE -ou ma" not use Logitech Vid to7 (i) 9ar est or otherwise collect information a%out others, including email addresses, without their consent, or (ii) Attem#t to gain unauthori0ed access to the Logitech Vid, other User Accounts, com#uter s"stems or networ)s connected to Logitech Vid, through #assword mining or an" other means. (7' TERMINATION !his User Agreement is effecti e until terminated. >ither "ou or Logitech ma" terminate "our User Account and this User Agreement at an" time with or without cause. -our onl" remed" with res#ect to an" dissatisfaction with (i) Logitech Vid and8or the Software, (ii) an" User Agreement term, (iii) an" #olic" or #ractice of Logitech in o#erating the Logitech Vid, or (i ) :ontent transmitted through the Logitech Vid, is to terminate "our User Account. U#on an" iolation of an" of the #ro isions of this User Agreement, rights to use the Software and Logitech Vid shall automaticall" terminate and "ou must destro" all co#ies of the Software in "our #ossession or control. If Logitech ma)es a re'uest ia #u%lic announcement or #ress release to sto# using the co#ies of the Software, "ou will com#l" immediatel" with this re'uest. !he #ro isions of #aragra#hs ..2, H, I, F and ,, will sur i e an" termination of this User Agreement. ((' GENERAL )RO%ISIONS !his User Agreement will %e go erned %" and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of :alifornia, without regard to or a##lication of its choice of law rules or #rinci#les.
