Instruction Manual will be provided along with the Software free of cost The installation is very simple which can easily be done by user himself. If any problem arises, the same will be installed by NPTI faculty member. There shall not be any penalty for unforeseen delay in delivering the material as NPTI is a Govt. of India organization & supplying the material on no loss no profit basis

Penalty Clause

Any additional information as per our terms: a) Agreements will have to be signed by both the parties/organization on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/- payable by the client that Buyer will not sell the software packages anywhere in India and abroad and the software will only be used in the premises for which they are earmarked as these are the proprietary items of NPTI as per Copyright Act. b) Prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties. Octroi, if any will be borne by Buyer.
