Profit maximization. Provide a range of nutritionally balanced food for students. Widen the choice of food available to the students.
SWOT Analysis:
Strength:
Provide clean and peaceful environment to our customer. Provide hygienic food. Menu verity and choice. Monopoly of canteen because no other source due to limited time of break.
Weaknesses:
Limited space. Limited time and menu. Any bad rumor, unhappiness with food.
Some students avoid taking food from cafeteria because they are conscious about their health.
Opportunity:
Expansion of business to other colleges. Expansion in menu. Increase in no. of customer when college offer more program.
Threat:
Changing customer preference. Possibility of ones bad customer experience. Most of the student purchases the product out of the college like fir chicks.
