Re: 20140331-G. H .Schorel-Hlavka O.W.B. to Datuk Seri Najib Razak Prime Minister of Malaysia & Mr Tony Abbott PM- Re: MISSING PLANE

15 Sir, it is regrettable that already it has been accepted by authorities that MH370 has crashed and all aboard are dead when I view there still is not a shred of evidence (at least not known to me at time of writing) that this actually eventuated as such. In my view, the first thing that should be done is a re-enactment of the flight, as set out below. 20 In my view, what should be done is to re-constitute the flight conditions that existed with flight MH370 and take to the sky. Then the same known conduct such as switching of the responder, etc, should be done. The same known route (or approximate route) then should be pursued back over Indonesia and then try to do the flight in the direction of what is assumed the path near Western Australia, only to obviously safely land the plane at Perth. What this would or could establish if the pings of the 777 used for this experiment will show the same movements as the missing MH370. Obviously one cannot afford killing passengers for such an experiment and so dummies are to be used or people fitted with air bottles more than sufficient to last them throughout the time of needing additional air supplies. The plane should have air pressure gauges fitted to measure the air presser conditions during the flight. And also ion the cockpit to measure it there. What is essential to establish is the time sequences of the pings and possible locations where each ping (from the engines) was located. It may mean that a certain long stretch or short stretch may be noticed that may explain the plane having landed somewhere, refuelled and then taken to the air again. Even if the passengers mobiles were all removed it may be that whomever was flying MH370 may still have had a mobile phone on him/her that may have emitted signals, after it reached 45,000 feet, etc. One has to consider that flying a plane with a pilot and co-pilot then unless the pilot was out of the cockpit and locked out by the co-pilot, the pilot easily would have had time to use his own mobile or that of a passenger or cabin crew member to make a call out. After all not until the pilot would have lost conscious (say at reaching 45,000 feet) and not trying to use any air mask that are provided in planes, there still should have been ample of time for the pilot to warn of a hijack by the co-pilot. If therefore the locking out of the pilot is not a reasonable option as such then was the pilot killed before the responder was switched off?

A voice analyses of the co-pilot All Right, Good Night working could be compared with other of his voice recording to see if it was the same or that there were abnormal pitches in the voice, etc. After all if the co-pilot was talking under stress by another person then this may bear out from comparing different voice recordings. In my view a re-enactment of the actual flight should be done and see if the same details will show up in the satellites and radars. Without forewarning the Malaysian armed forces it might also be a test to see if they are up to the task of defending Malaysian airspace or yet again ignore it. However, Indonesia should be warned about it. What this also might enable is to see if Indonesia and Australia may discover a certain trend of details that when compared with the day MH370- disappeared to give a better understanding/perception how to interpret those details. Obviously the cargo should be mimicked to the same weight, etc. And the same with the approximate weight of passengers and crew that was on MH370. It could be merely to tie sandbags on seats to the approximate weight of each passenger. I have absolutely no flying experiences, other than being flown from The Netherlands to Australia but I view a Flight Simulator cannot accurately reproduce the exact weight of the plane, the conditions in the cabin, etc. An actual test with flying a real plane with some well-prepared passengers who will see if there is time to make a call out, such as pre-programmed numbers on a mobile, etc, will give a better understanding of what may have eventuated.

If such a test were to indicate that the plane didnt move at a constant speed at all but somewhere near Malaysia/Indonesia seems to have been stationary (landed) then this could throw out considerably what currently might be estimated to have been the length of the flight path. If the 25 plane had been unloaded of cargo, passengers and crew then it would obviously have used a lot less fuel and could have been flying a lot longer. During this test flight there should also be a number of mobiles placed in the plane so that it can be established if they emitted GPS and so where during the flight, etc. 30 Such a test may possible pose more questions but may also resolve some puzzles of details and may even alert to the planes movement differently then so far considered. As such, when the (test0 plane takes off from Kuala Lumpur the question then is how can anyone being it the pilot/co-pilot or crew member or a passenger prevent anyone to call out using a 35 mobile and fly the plane as it is assumed it did? . The first thing to consider is how much fuel was there on board of MH370? Was there an extra load of fuel to enable the plane to travel a greater distance? While it is claimed that the plane may have used up more fuel by flying at a higher speed., in the end what ought to be considered 40 is what was the fuel load that was expected to have been still in the plane after its last journey and how much was loaded before flying away from Kuala Lumpur? The next issue is was there any indication that the pilot/co-pilot invited anyone else other than the crew to join them at the flight deck (cockpit)? As such was there any video recording in the 45 terminal that indicated some form of association between the pilot/co-pilot and passengers in the terminal? Did any of the crew, other than the pilot/co-pilot, have some training in flying the plane? As the crew generally has easy access to the cockpit it might be that one of the cabin crew could have 50 taken charge.

Which mobile phones, if any, were discovered to be on during the flight? Even if it was assumed that the plane was so to say hijacked, then nevertheless some mobiles would have been working where not all passengers may have been asleep. Some even perhaps still working on their laptops to prepare for a meeting later that day, etc. As such, what is needed is a chronology of events including each and every mobile/laptop/etc, that was recorded by service providers to be emitting date to or from the units. Any GPS details. Even if the fact that the plane went to 45,000 feet high that may have caused most if not all passengers to die within say 9 seconds, some passengers who may have been awake, and the cabin crew may nevertheless have had time to put on a mask if the decompression or high flying level was causing problems. Even if some passengers so to say instantly were rendered unconscious or died but were using a mobile at the time then the mobile or other instrument may still have been emitting signals that were picked up by mobile towers. This means that if at a certain time X some mobiles went off the air but some were still emitting then it may have been that some passengers stopped voluntarily to use the mobile or that they simply were rendered inoperative and the mobile may automatically have switched off if no voice noise continued whereas others may still have been going. GPS of various mobiles may also give indication as to which way a mobile was heading, even if not being used by passengers. As such, irrespective if passengers were not using mobiles the GPS will still be emitted. If however all mobiles somehow stopped working about the same time then it may be that they were collected by some person and then somehow disposed of from the airplane in full flight. For this the critical issue is when was the last GPS established and so by how many of the mobile or other units. Because mobile phones do not stop emitting details merely because the person using it becomes say unconscious, then clearly they would continue to remain emitting details. The question is also was there any mobile phone tower that recorded a call from any of the mobile phones to the outside area. Being it a passenger/crew member phoning out to someone on the ground Even if due to the plane flying for an unknown time was flying at a level that would cause passengers to become unconscious or even die, in particular those who were asleep and would not have been aware of lack of air, nevertheless the crew would have been awake and even a single crew member could have moved from the back of the plane to the front using the air of the mask (that fall down when cabin pressure is too low, and so made it to the front, where spare air bottles are kept. As such, the crew member could have tried to text an S.O.S or something to someone that something was amiss with the plane. It appears therefore to me extra ordinary that not a single crew member could have used a mobile to alarm authorities or relatives. Malaysian Flight 370 Hijacked by US Navy to protect 'Suspicious Cargo' - Russia

March 18, 2014 by legitgov
Malaysian Flight 370 Hijacked by US Navy to protect 'Suspicious Cargo' - Russia 15 Mar 2014 A new report circulating in the Kremlin prepared by the Russian Main Intelligence Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces (GRU) states that Aerospace Defence Forces (VKO) experts remain "puzzled" as to why the United States Navy "captured and then diverted" a Malaysia Airlines civilian aircraft from its intended flight-path to their vast and highly-secretive Indian Ocean base located on the Diego Garcia atoll... Interesting to note, this report says, was that Flight 370 was already under GRU "surveillance" after it received a "highly suspicious" cargo load that had been traced to the Indian Ocean nation Republic of Seychelles,

and where it had previously been aboard the US-flagged container ship MV Maersk Alabama. What first aroused GRU suspicions regarding the MV Maersk Alabama, this report continues, was that within 24-hours of off-loading this "highly suspicious" cargo load bound for Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, the two highly-trained US Navy SEALS assigned to protect it, Mark Daniel Kennedy, 43, and Jeffrey Keith Reynolds, 44, were found dead under "suspicious circumstances."

END QUOTE

The issue is however to try to establish by a re-enactment what might have been occurring during the flight before it finally crossed Indonesia territory. 10 It may very well result that by reenacting the flight a better understanding may emerge as to the possible location of the plane having crashed into the ocean, if this it did, with or without passengers/crew/cargo. 15 Lets not forget we are dealing with peoples lives who may or may not still have survived. We can never underestimate the resilience of people and if they are still alive we better not waste any time not to look for them. Their families have a right we ensure every possibly avenue is being explored. 20 As I have stated in the past, unless there are bodies proving they are dead we otherwise cannot assume they are!
