On Sunday 110809 at 1655 hours I responded to 9003 E- Shea Blvd., Pediatric t.R. #29. Upon my arrival I contacf:ed Officer CoDins #1~4 who explained -the incident to me. Officer Collins adVised that

A red colored scratch on the right cheek. The scratch ran diagonally medial to Jat~1 and was,; app~ximateJy 1em long. ~ TW91ight tt!d scratches just lateral to the right eye. Both ran diagonal from the lateral to the medial. The lateral scratch was approximately 2cm fang and the medial one was approximately 3cm fang. - A ~maH scab (approximatefy .5cm) 00 the left lateral nasal bone. - The mother pointed out -the forehead, but no obvious injury could be seen. - On the right arm running trom the antecubital fossa to the wrist were. horizon1ally running red marks. appro}dmateJy 2cm apart. Just inferior to the antecubital fossa was an approximate 1..5an brown colored

contusion. tn the antecubital foSsa was a redlblue contusion. - On the medial side of the right wrist was an approximate 1cm red vertical scratch. - On tne left foot, just proximaf to the fifth toe was an approximate rem red area.

On the right shin {starting inferior) was small scab, then 6 vertical scratch (approximately 3cm-kmg) and then a brown contusion that was approximateJy 1crn. On the leftSllin were two red scabs on the medial side, The mother also pointed out that there had been a red area around the bUttocks, but no obvious injury was noted. I photogmphed the victim.
