O UTILIZAR EL SOFTWARE. No use ni carge este software ni sus materiales afines (colectivamente, "Softwar e") hasta no haber ledo cuidadosamente los siguientes trminos y condiciones. Al ca rgar o usar el Software, conviene revisar los trminos de este contrato. Si no des ea prestar su consentimiento, no instale ni use el Software. Tambin tenga en cuenta que: * Si usted es un fabricante de equipos (OEM), proveedor independiente de hardwar e (IHV) o proveedor independiente de Software (ISV), la totalidad de este CONTRA TO DE LICENCIA se aplica a usted * Si usted es un usuario final, solamente el Apndice A del CONTRATO DE LICENCIA D E SOFTWARE INTEL se aplica en su caso. Para OEM, IHV e ISV: LICENCIA. Este Software se licencia para uso exclusivo con los productos compon entes de Intel. Sujeto a los trminos de este contrato, Intel le concede una licen cia no exclusiva, intransferible, mundial y completamente pagada bajo los derech os de propiedad intelectual de Intel para: a) usar, modificar y copiar Software de manera interna con fines de desa rrollo y mantenimiento propios b) modificar, copiar y distribuir Software, incluso obras derivadas del mismo; a sus usuarios finales, pero solamente en virtud de un contrato de licenc ia que contenga trminos de un carcter tan limitado como los contenidos en el Contr ato de Licencia final para usuario nico de Intel, adjunto como Apndice A c) modificar, copiar y distribuir la documentacin para usuarios finales q ue podr incluirse con el Software, pero nicamente en relacin con el Software.

Si usted no es el fabricante o proveedor final de un equipo o programa informtico que incorpore el Software, podr transferir una copia del Software, incluso las o bras derivadas del Software (y la documentacin relativa a usuarios finales) a su recipiente para que ste lo utilice en conformidad con los trminos de este contrato , siempre que dicho recipiente convenga en obligarse plenamente en virtud de los trminos aqu expresados. No ceder, sublicenciar, arrendar, ni transferir o divulgar el Software a terceros. No descompilar, desensamblar o deconstruir el Software, con la finalidad de modificarlo. Salvo lo indicado expresamente en este contrato, no se le otorga licencia o dere cho directamente o por implicacin, incentivo, impedimento legal u otro motivo. In tel tendr el derecho de inspeccionar los registros pertinentes que usted posea, o pedir a un auditor independiente que lo haga, para verificar el cumplimiento de los trminos y condiciones de este contrato. CONFIDENCIALIDAD. Si desea que un asesor o subcontratista tercero ("Contratista" ) realice trabajos a su nombre que suponga acceso al Software o uso de l, usted o btendr del Contratista un contrato de confidencialidad que contenga trminos y obli gaciones en relacin con el acceso al Software o su uso que revistan un carcter al menos tan limitado como los estipulados en este contrato, con exclusin de todo de recho de distribucin, y en relacin al uso con otros fines. De igual manera, usted no divulgar los trminos de este contrato o su existencia, n i usar la razn social Intel en ninguna publicacin o anuncio comercial sin contar co n el consentimiento previo por escrito de Intel.
