My study aims at this dissertation programme are to identify the level of job satisfaction in the employees of various departments and gain the partial knowledge of job satisfaction program conduct by the H.#. $epartment of the company. It is very big task to identify the level of the job satisfaction in the employees of various departments but it is very useful for both from the point of employees as to reduce the conflicts due to job dissatisfaction and from the point of company as to increase the productivity. %valuation the level of satisfaction of employees is directly related to how they are contributing to the smooth functioning of the organi&ation. 'ubject also emphasi&es the reason of dispute conflicts occurring within the organi&ation. (ne of the most exciting and novel development in the social science has been the attempt of behaviour scientist to treat the subject of conflict as one which is capable of science analysis whose causes process and manifestation can be explicated is such a way that organi&ational conflict may be brought not only under some measure of control but is fact positively exploited as a means of promoting effective change.
