Jan 15, 2014 - Sober Happy Hour: November and December has been very busy and packed full of events. Thank you to all who have supported them.
What is the Sober Happy Hour? o Instead of braving the cold, metro delays and parking tickets stay home! Take a break from the bar scene but our wallets wont take a break. How do I participate in the Sober Happy Hour? o On Wednesday January 15 visit www.wdc-ncatalumni.org and click on the Donate button. o Make a donation to one of the chapters funds with the amount you would have spent at Happy Hour. How will we know if its successful? o On Friday January 17 we will announce the total raised from the Sober Happy Hour via www.wdc-ncatalumni.org. o Just think... if 50 people give $10 thats $500 to support the DC Chapter.
Call for Help: The Social, Recreation and Community Service committee needs assistance in programming
for the chapter. The chapter leadership has made it a priority that we engage in more community service activities and develop more family-friendly activities. Please speak to any member of the committee or email social-rec@wdc-ncatalumni.org if you are interested in volunteering.

Verse I Dear A&T, Dear A&T, a monument indeed, Around thy base with grateful hearts behold thy students kneel. We bless the power that gave thee birth to help us in our need, We'll ever strive while here on earth all loyalty to yield. Refrain With joy, with joy, dear A&T, thy students turn from thee To spread thy trophies year by year from Dare to Cherokee.
