IIT JEE Syllabus: What to study?

IIT entrance exam syllabus is different for JEE Main and JEE Advanced. IIT JEE 2014 syllabus has not been declared yet but since Joint Admission Board of IITs has decided to keep the JEE pattern same as JEE 2013 (see IIT notifications), we can assume that IIT JEE mains syllabus 2014 and IIT JEE advanced syllabus 2014 will be same as IIT JEE entrance exam syllabus for 2013.
