In the modern world full of transport machines from small Nano to elite cars like Ferrari, science of harmonics or vastu can play a good role. ur ancient shastras mention vehicles in different forms and types. There were !asically three types of tansport. ". #urface. $. %ater transport. &. 'viational transport.

(hariots are the e)amples of surface transport. 'ccording to *uranas several types of machines were used for making chariots. In &"st chapter of Samrangan Sutradhar. Tasya Bijam Caturdhasyat ksitiraponalo nilah, Asrayatvena Caitesa vijaya Dapyupayujyate The chariots that run on surface or roads are called +asayantras. ,+asa- signifies nectar in #anskrit. It also refers to fusion of chemicals. If it would have !een ,'shva- or horse then the word should have !een ,'shvakat-. There are many places in epics that mention that a ,.rutgami- or #uperspeed ,+atha- or chariot was used. It seems that horses were not the only source of transport in those days. In +amayana, Nala, used chariots that were faster than mind / heart. nly ,nala- knew this art. In +igveda ,'shvani .evatas- used chariots that ran on water and land. It seems that something else was used in place for horses, for these kinds of (hariots. ,Yantra- also refers to mechanical or robotial forms or figurines. 0ay !e, ro!ots fuelled !y some chemicals were used as mode of transport. In ,Yuddha kanda- of +amayana +ishi Valmiki writes in a ,#anvad- or dialogue !etween *ra!hu +ama and Vi!hishana. , Is that huge human shape 12um!hakarana3 is a ro!ot made in the factory of +avana 45e here!y is referring to some kind of ,Yantramanushya- and is wondering whether the huge !ody of ,kum!hakarna- is a kind of +o!ot. In #amranga #utradhar Yantras powered !y fire are mentioned and today we have devised the same. %ater transport of !oats are mentioned in our #astras !ut huge ships are not mentioned. It seems that some of them were aware of using same ,Yantras- on land and water. ' single machine with dual mode of transport. It is !een mentioned in +igveda in reference to ,'swinikumaras-. 'viation was a popular mode of transport and mentioned everywhere in our #astras. +ishi 6hardwa7a mentioned the same in his ,Vimana sastra-. It has also !een discussed in #amrangana #utradhara.

It is !een mentioned that 0ercury was used a fuel for these vehicles. Technically 0ercury is highly sensitive to heat and there is a very acute possi!ility of the same. 6ut #astras mention the same at many points. In Vaimaniki every details has !een given a!out ,Vimanas-. The types of aviation vehicles, types and 8ualities of a pilot etc are mentioned in these classics. #unlight was used in place of an ignition plug and fuel could !e reused. ,*ushpakavimana- was also mentioned in +amayana. It e)plains how sunlight can !e used as a weapon against a enemy. *recise proportions are mentioned in Vaimaniki and it seems that vastu was utili9ed in formation of these vehicles. Today vehicles are 7ust made on commercial level and they are used !y the masses. #till there are vehicles which create mass appeal and I always wonder what leds to the same. ,0aruti :;;- was one such car who still carries a good resale and had a mass appeal. 0oney and facilities might !e the cause as well !ut there are other su!tle reasons which are still unclear. I still !elieve that ,+athas- or vehicles carry certain maths which resonates with the rider, only then vehicles will !e utili9ed to its full potential. This applies to general mode of transport like !uses or trains as well. 0ay !e, they carry su!tle maths which resonates to general population.
