Hillsborough County Public Schools Tampa, FL Oct 2008 Present Leadership Development Coordinator (Nov 2011 Present) Provide leadership and oversee the development of content and management of professional development programs supporting the principal pipeline programs that include: Future Leaders Academy, Developing District Leaders, Assistant Principal Induction, Assistant Principal and Master Mentor Program, and the School Administration Manager (SAM) Program. Lead and coordinate training programs that include Fierce Conversations, Lead with Me, and all Southern Regional Education Board training offered within HCPS. Oversee research and analysis of programs to develop ongoing design and program improvements in all pipeline programs. Manage needs assessments to ensure that all programs provide requisite skills, training, and research to support participants growth.
